La présente invention est relative aux appareils pour comptabilité à décalque manuscrite, qui permettent de porter si- multanément des inscriptions sur plusieurs documents comptables, superposés avec intercalation de papier carbone pour le décalque.
Les appareils connus de ce genre apportent déjà une notable simplification à la tenue des comptabilités, du fait que l'on peut superposer à une feuille dénommée journal sur laquelle doivent apparaître toutes les inscriptions relatives à une même rubrique, chaque fois la fiche comptable correspondant à l'ins- cription portée qui est reproduite par décalque sur la feuille journal. Toutefois, le comptable est encore obligé de faire en fin de mois une récapitulation de ses écritures par journaux, pour transcrire celles-ci dans le journal centralisateur.
L'invention a pour objet un appareil permettant de porter les inscriptions simultanément sur une feuille journal, une fiche comptable et une fiche récapitulative à plusieurs colonnes, de façon que

l'inscription soit faite chaque fois dans celle des colonnes de la fiche récapitulative où doit apparaître cette inscription.
Tout le travail peut ainsi être effectué en une seule fois, en évitant les risques d'erreur par transcription.
Conformément à l'invention, l'appareil comptable comporte à cet effet une partie mobile transversalement à l'appareil, qui est munie d'un dispositif d'attache pour la fiche récapitulative et peut être déplacée pour faire voyager la fiche récapitulative entre la fiche comptable et la feuille journal de manière à faire coincider l'une ou l'autre de ses colonnes avec l'endroit de la fiche comptable où se porte l'inscription qui doit être reproduite sur la fiche récapitulative et la feuille journal.
Le dessin annexé représente schématiquement à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'invention, la figure uni- que du dessin étant une coupe transversale de l'appareil comptable.
Dans cet exemple, la partie mobile transversalement à l'appareil est constituée par une plaque mobile 1 susceptible de coulisser comme un tiroir entre deux plaques fixes 2 et 3 et pourvue d'un dispositif d'attache 4 pour la fiche récapitulative 5.
Celle-ci est insérée, avec intercalation de feuilles de papier carbone 6 et 7, entre la fiche comptable 8 et la feuille journal 9 qui sont fixées de façon amovible par le dispositif d'attache 10 sur la plaque fixe 2 servant d'écritoire.
La fiche récapitulative est divisée en colonnes corres- pondant aux différentes branches d'activité. Il est clair qu'en faisant coulisser la plaque mobile 1 entre les plaques fixes comme indiqué par les flèches on déplace la fiche récapitulative 5 par rapport à la fiche comptable et à la feuille journal, et l'on peut ainsi aisément faire coïncider l'une ou l'autre colonne de la fiche 5 avec un endroit déterminé de la fiche comptable 8. Toute inscription portée en cet endroit de la fiche 8 sera reproduite par décalque sur la fiche 5, dans la colonne correspondante, en même temps que sur la feuille journal 9.
