"Footwear and shoe manufacturing process: obtained by @ this process".
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing shoes, in particular of the type comprising an assembly consisting of an upper mounted on a heel pad, this assembly being associated with a base covered laterally with at least one band and comprising an intermediate formed of at least a first and at least one midsole.
The shoes of this type known, although having appreciable appearance and flexibility characteristics, have various drawbacks, in particular as regards the resistance of the quality of the assembly and to deformations.
These shoes do not allow, for example, the placement of a hard toe and a normal and customary heel counter. The object of the present invention is to remedy this drawback by a particular way of assembling the various constituent parts.

ves of the shoe.
For this purpose, the aforementioned rod is provided beforehand with a hard end and possibly with a buttress and the ohm fixes this rod on the aforementioned gap by means of a peripheral seam of greased thread.
In an advantageous embodiment of the object of the invention, the aforesaid strip is sewn at the same time as the rod at the in-between.
In a particular embodiment, at least one of the elements of the gap is provided beforehand with a reinforcing part.
Other details and features of the invention will emerge from the description of a shoe and shoe manufacturing process; obtained by this process, given below by way of non-limiting example and with reference to the accompanying drawing.
Fig.l shows in longitudinal section a shoe obtained by the method according to the invention.
Fig. 2 shows a detail, with partial breaks, of a variant.
In the various figures, the same reference notations designate identical elements.
The method of manufacturing shoes according to the invention consists in firstly providing a first 1 with a reinforcing coating 2 of canvas, which is adhered to the first by means of a suitable adhesive.
Then glue on the canvas 2 a heel 14 in skin,
The first 1 will preferably be very flexible. It can be made of any material, and in particular spuple smooth leather, selected leather, etc ...
The uncoated face of the first canvas will be adapted to a midsole 3. This midsole can be made of any material, such as various agglomerates, felt, leather, etc. Advantageously, rubber will be used.

foam,
The first 1 can also be placed under the insert.
The reinforcement fabric 4 which is glued to the midsole will serve as a grip for the tacky threads 5 which assemble the first to the midsole at their peripheries.
These same threads 5 will be used to sew the assembly formed by 1, 2, 3 and 4 on the rod 6 provided beforehand with a hard end 8 covered on the inside with respect to the shoe with a fabric 9 of gutta. These same wires will be used to attach a band 7 to the rod which will serve to hide the edge of the soles 1 and 3.
This strip may be made of skin or any other flexible material.
The buttress 10 may also be covered with leather 11.
The heel 12 is then fixed to the assembly described above and the strip 7 which will cover the entire periphery of the first and midsole soles and of the heel 12 is folded down.
An outsole 13 will then be adapted to the boot thus formed. This sole 13 may be of any material: rubber, crepe, synthetic materials, butt, collar, flanks smoothed, wrought with chrome or with plant products. The sole 13 can be adapted by sewing, gluing, or by the combination of these methods, the sole 13 could also be adapted without heel 12 on the base and in this case, provide the shoe with a heel 17 which would be covered beforehand with a strip 18, in leather, or in any other material.
In this case, the heel 17 would be reinforced by a good end 16. In all cases, the wear sole or the good end could be provided with a recessed reinforcement part 15, for example made of rubber.
It is understood that the invention is in no way limited; to the embodiments described above, and that many
