Other details and features of the invention emerge from the description of a distillation apparatus given below by way of non-limiting example and with reference to the accompanying drawing.
The figure shows an apparatus arranged according to the invention.
This apparatus comprises a tubular or coil wine heater 1 crossed by the juice to be distilled, a stripping column 2 and a concentration column 3 located above the first column. Columns 2 and 3 are each made up of a number of plates 4 superimposed and each having an overflow 5 for the flow of the treated liquid as well as one or more caps 6 allowing passage through. bubbling upward current of vapors in the liquid circulating on the trays.
The heat source 7 is a boiler heated with wood, coal, oil, gas or electricity, etc., including the space intended to contain the. liquid. exhausted in alcohol is in communication. towards the lower plate of the exhaustion column 2.
The boiler 7 may form part of the latter as shown in the drawing or, on the contrary, be separate.

steam which comes from the food tray of the exhaustion column or from the trays adjacent to said food tray ,.
It then flows through a pipe 13 and enters said exhaustion column 2.
Another embodiment of the final reheat would be to connect the chamber directly. steam from the food tray or from the trays adjacent to the upper part of the wine heater so that the vapors enter the space left free between the level of the fermented juice inside. and the cover. of the wine warmer.
The juice having entered column 2 trickles onto trays 4 and gradually gives up its alcohol. It finally arrives in the boiler 7 where it is partially vaporized.
The non-evaporated vinasse is evacuated by a siphon 14 while the vapors go up columns 2 and 3 and are enriched in alcohol by bubbling through the caps 6.
To facilitate the rise of the vapors, column 3, located above column 2, is advantageously arranged, as is the wine heater in the extension of the latter. The alcohol vapors, coming from the concentration column 3 by reaching the wine heater via a pipe 23 are completely condensed if the fermented liquid, which passes through it continuously, is less than 7 Gay Lussac. In the event that it has a higher G.L. degree, it is necessary to supplement the apparatus described with a water condenser.
The condensed alcohol returns to the upper shelf of the colon. not of concentration 3 through a pipe 15 which takes the alcohol from the lower part of the condensation chamber of the wine heater.
On this pipeline is. an adjustable aperture diaphragm shutter 16 which has the particular feature of not being able, in any case, to completely shut off the downshift pipe.
As a result, a certain quantity of alcohol condensed by the wine heater necessarily returns to the concentration column. Alcohol that is not downgraded through Line 15

flows through a pipe i, the entrance of which is placed higher than that of the channel: well 15. It is collected in an extraction bottle 18 then gains by a pipe;) on 19 and a casting test tube 20 a measuring vessel 21.
An air release pipe 22 is connected to the bottle 18, the end of which may open either into the supply tank 8, as shown in the figure, or into the pipe connecting the reopener to the measuring vessel. .
It should be understood that the invention is in no way limited to the embodiment described above, and that many modifications can be made thereto, in particular as regards the form, the constitution, the number. and the / arrangement of the elements involved in its realization without departing from the present patent application, provided that these changes are compatible with the spirit of the claims set out below.
The apparatus could in particular be supplemented by a water cooler, the alcoholic condensations of which would return to the concentration column via a pipe fitted or not with a shutter with adjustable opening.
One could also proceed to the final reheating of the juice flowing fermented from the wine heater by bringing the heating vapors through the same pipe as that which is used for the flow of the wine, provided however that this pipe is of shape, diameter and appropriate tilt.
Likewise, it would be possible to apply to continuous or semi-continuous distillation apparatuses heated by steam injection and intended for the manufacture of spirits from fermented fruit juices or musts, the devices for adjusting the alcoholic degree. by diaphragm and final heating of the wines by the vapors taken from the distillation trays.
