L'invention est relative à un frottoir d'entraî- nement pour torchons, lavettes, 'etc., c'est à dire à un article- autour duquel on dispose un torchon en vue de déplacer ce dernier sur le sol ou la surface à laver.
Ce frottoir est essentiellement constitué par une barrette en fer plat,au centre de laquelle se fixe, par soudage ou de toute autre manière, une douille in- clinéedestinée à recevoir la queue d'un manche de bros- se ou analogue, et dont chaque extrémité porte une pièce saillante formant surface de frottement pour le torchon .
Cette pièce est avantageusement entourée d'une matière provoquant une friction, telle que du caoutchouc.
Ce- frottoir monté sur un manche remplace très avantageusement la brosse avec ou sans poils utilisée habituelle ment dans le même but.
