<EMI ID=4.1>
<EMI ID=5.1>
' Comme on voit, pièce d'extrémité 4 . portant le filetage 5 -recouvre légèrement plume grâce au dégagement 10 :qui permet d'enfoncer le conduit d'encre et
<EMI ID=7.1> les doigts de l'usager, ceux-ci s'appuyant uniquement sur la section 1 et sur le corps, 3 du réservoir qui sont parfaitement lisses;

In fixed-nib pens, the
thread provided on the body 'at the reservoir pen holder for

the capacity of the tank, due to the part in
<EMI ID = 3.1>
lower if one wants to keep this part the thickness sufficient to take into account the thickness of said thread; the lower part of the protective cap thread forms a sharp edge which may scratch the section when the cap
<EMI ID = 4.1>
is metallic); this internal thread and thread are made in relatively thin parts of the cap and stylograph body, which can cause malfunctions
There are many stylographs in which the thread required for fitting the cap is placed towards the end of the body of the reservoir (stylograph with a retractable fountain pen, for example), but this thread is however always in contact with the fingers and is always taken on the body of the tank itself, with all the drawbacks that this entails and which have been explained above.
The present invention relates to a new method of mounting the cap on the stylograph, this assembly making it possible to avoid the drawbacks which have just been pointed out.
It is essentially characterized by the fact that the thread which is used for fitting the cap of the stylograph is provided on a part extending the outer end of the section carrying the nib and is set back relative to the outer surface of the pen. said section:
In the accompanying drawing, there is shown, schematically and by way of example only, an embodiment of the invention.
On this drawing  :

'As seen, end piece 4. bearing the thread 5 - slightly covers the nib thanks to the clearance 10: which allows the ink duct to be pushed in and
<EMI ID = 6.1> this recess does not complete the tapping attachment of the cap (as in most current pens)
<EMI ID = 7.1> the user's fingers, these resting only on section 1 and on the body, 3 of the tank which are perfectly smooth;
- that the capacity of the tank can be significantly increased because the thread 5 is no longer <EMI ID = 8.1>
current. '
- that the bearing and sealing face of the cap on the section being very close to the thread 5, the mechanical production of the seal is much easier and much safer.
- that the thread 9 of the cap is made higher than usual, therefore in a thicker part of the cap, and that the thread 5 is also made on a thicker part, which allows locking, more energetic cap without.
run the risk of damaging the thread 5 and the internal thread 9,
- that the diameter of the thread 5 can be very small (the minimum being determined by the diameter of the hole of the housing 12 of the nib in the cap),
- that section 1 and the body of the tank are perfectly smooth and have no setbacks or shoulders, even at the connection of section 1 and body 3
(as is the case in many current stylographs), which gives a more pleasant line,
- that the size of the stylograph and the position of the nib in relation to the fingers are not changed at all.
Of course, the cap mounting device which has been described and shown could receive certain modifications in its working details.
-to take into account in particular ... the kind of stylograph 'to which it would be applied without the general economy of the invention, being thereby altered * 01-is thus for example, that the body -and the section can only form one and the same part *
