Safety device for screw connections of shaking channels.
The present invention relates to a safety device for screw connections of shaking channels, which is arranged on the bolt between the nut and its seat. The nut tightened with initial tension must be prevented from turning relative to the bolt. As the bond is frequently undone and reassembled, permanent deformations must be avoided. This requires a rigid closure by the form between the nut and its seat, acting, preferably on the hexagonal surface of the nut.
Safety according to the present invention fulfills these conditions by the fact that an axial movable ring is provided on the bolt by tension means acting axially, for example a helical spring, a buffer, rubber or a rotating part. coaxial with the same bolt having similar wedge-shaped backs, with a thread, the ring being provided with a hexagon-shaped or double-hexagon-shaped opening which fits the nut and is guided to prevent the rotation for example by pins placed coaxially with the bolt, which are fixed to the movable ring and engage 'in guide holes or slots of a rim connected to the si, * Se or vice versa are rigidly connected to the rim and cooperate with mobile ring factories.
The axially movable ring only and the rotating part

tative are advantageously provided on the faces facing each other with two backs in the form of wedges extending like a thread over one half of the periphery each time and which have the appearance of rings of locking teeth .
The rotation of the rotating part: is limited by the guide pins of the axially movable ring, which serve as stops for a handle disposed radially on the rotating part, such that two backs in wedges sliding one on the others touch each other continuously. By pivoting the handle in the direction indicated by the excess weight, the axially movable ring is slid with its hexagonal opening over the nut and in this position prevents the nut from being fotation. After pivoting the handle back, the ring can be slid back with the hexagonal opening until the nut is released. So that there is no spontaneous return by pivoting of the rotating part,
blocking notches can be placed on the backs in the form of wedges.
It is known per se to have, with a view to safety applications on a bolt between the part to be immobilized and a fixed stop, two tension means movable with respect to each other on corner surfaces, but while, in the known devices, these tension means prevent, by axial pressure on the. part to be immobilized, its axial displacement,. their function in the object of the present invention is to prevent the rotation of a nut on the thread of the bolt.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the invention in FIG. 1 in side view of a channel connection, in FIG. 2 in cross section of a channel connection, in FIGS.
3, 5 and 8 in top view, in Figs. 4, 6 and 7, in side view of individual parts of the safety. Fig. 9 shows two different embodiments in side view.
The sections 1 of the channel are held together at their head bands 2 by bolts 3 carrying the nut 4 to be immobilized. On the bolt 3, there is placed between the nut 4 and the eyelet 2 of the head band a sleeve 5 with a flange 6 facing the eyelet. Ring 8 can be slipped using @

an opening 9 in double hexagon above the nut 4 and carries on its two lateral projections 10 the guide pins 11 which are guided in the corresponding holes 12 of the flange 6 of the sleeve 5.
The ring 7 is also guided by means of its troul3 on the socket 5 and carries from the o8té turned towards the ring 8 a button 14 and two backs in corners 15 and 16 anabgues to a thread which cooperate with backs in corresponding corners 17 and 18 on the year to 8. By turning the ring 7 by means of the button 14 in the direction of the arrow 19, the: back in corners 15 and 17 or 16 and slide them one on the other of such that the ring 8 is slipped over the nut 4 and embraces the latter by its opening: 9 hexagonal. The rotational movement is limited by the encounter. of button 14, in its lower position, against lower guide pin 11.
The excess weight produced by the button located outside the center can be further reinforced by accumulation. additional material, for example by an eccentric shape of the ring., so that the latter, left to itself, spontaneously rotates in the lower position of the button 14. So that in this position, no torque in return by the backs in wedges, the latter end at their ends of the spinning by sections without slope, and there is still advantageously on these sections of 1 t ring 8 a notch 20 in which can be caught 1 es ends 21 of the backs in Panel corners. 7 thereby also preventing spontaneous return rotation of the ring 7.
The guide pins 11 advantageously receive at their outer ends flanges 21 which can be riveted (fig.l) or else split pins. inserted transversely so that the pins can no longer be removed from them. holes 12 of the flange 6. On the outer side of the flange 6, projections 22 have been arranged which prevent it from turning on the eyelets 2 of. the head band. The protrusions disappear when the sleeve 5 is welded, by means of its flange 6 to the eyelet of the head band. In this way, all of the individual pieces of the security are made impossible to lose.

In the embodiment according to FIG. 9, a resilient device, for example a cylindrical helical spring 23 or a rubber buffer 24, has been inserted under a prior tension between the flange 6 of the sleeve 5 and the ring 8 with opening.
