<Desc/Clms Page number 6>

but it largely contributes to the assimilation of the other components and can be consumed even by delicate organisms and without contraindication; be consumed regularly to ensure normal growth and foolproof health.
Devoid of harmful waste, the products entering into the components of the present invention have the advantages of aiding digestion, avoiding constipation, promoting the work of the liver and the heart, without causing damage. digestive or other disorders, without causing unpleasant reactions, while allowing athletes, workers, sedentary people, to endure the abnormal fatigue of trials or often exhausting work.
The great merit of this novelty resides in the fact that the aforementioned advantages will be found in common food products, therefore forming part of the daily ration and thus constituting a rational diet accessible to all classes of the population. society.
The study which preceded the development was directed mainly on the association of foods, some too rich in nitrogenous matter and too poor in caloric matter, the others presenting the opposite character, almost all incomplete, with a view to To obtain, without overloading the stomach, a complete and economical diet. Tests have confirmed the results.
The resulting products can be obtained mainly in liquid forms, and indifferently in solid, pasty, starchy, or similar forms, that is, in bakery, pastry, confectionery, pasta, baby flour and other specialties. various.
In order to bring out the above description more clearly, diagrams of specific apparatus and installation will be described in what follows. The carrying out of the process for manufacturing new food products, envisaged in accordance with this invention. tion, and finally the manufacture of products resulting from it.
To this end, the diagram shown in fig.I represents a typical industrial installation with large production for obtaining a part of the maro intended to be used subsequently for. -

The. fit.3 represents a schematic inst811ntioî1 for obtaining the products as in the case of fig. I, but in less quantity, and with more varicntep, in the choice of the products obtained, mainly to be consumed on grippers, possibly to be bottled for later use.

liquid intended to be mixed with the liquid (espence) de) 0L1chant by the end of the pipe 9, finally a thermometer 20 as above.
EMI4.6
In the tank 12 can be arranged as shown a mixer a. paddles or I'7 propeller, inflated from the outside by a shaft 18.
The bottom of the tank 12 is provided with a drain pipe 16 with a tap and the pipe 15 for using the product obtained.
The operation of the device is as follows:
The roasted material, for example coffee, is introduced by 6 on the filter 5. The steam introduced by 1 produces a natural infusion, which makes it possible to collect in the bottom of compartment 3 an essence which through the piping .3, falls into the vat of
<Desc / Clms Page number 5>
mixtures 12 which it receives, for example, previously sterilized milk. 'The product obtained leaving through line 15 then passes through a capacitor, and from there to bottling.
The maro is withdrawn through door 6 at time intervals commensurate with the flow rate of the installation and is then passed to the oven to dry it and then ground again to serve as mentioned above, for manufacturing or for the preparation of a wide variety of food products.
It is recommended that the manufacturer have a double installation, one specially reserved for milk-based drinks, the other for drinks in its natural state or with the addition of liquor and, in this case, to replace the Condenser apparatus, by a simpler or ordinary refrigerant apparatus, and preceding the bottling apparatus.
It would be much preferable if the company exploiting the liquid products of the present invention also possesses a modern installation comprising roasters for roasting the roasting products, ovens for drying the grounds, as well as the apparatus for carrying out the grinding and grinding. re-grinding, but this is not essential since certain products can be purchased roasted and even ground, while the de-drying and re-grinding of the grounds can be carried out either on a fixed price basis or on order from specialized manufacturers with the material necessary to carry out this handling.
In FIG. 2, three superimposed tanks 23, 30, 31 have been shown, the first of which is intended for infusing or obtaining the essences of the material treated and the other two 30 or 31 for the formation of mixtures. In the first 23, a container 24 with closure 25 forming a cover for the tank 23 has been placed at the same time as the filter. For this purpose, the container 24 is perforated in the bottom 27 and in its lateral lower part which is covered as well as the bottom 27 with a flannel, or fabric, forming a filter. The material is loaded into the container 24 through the cover 25 and the arrival of steam or boiling water through the pipe 26, opens into the container 24.
<Desc / Clms Page number 6>
At 17 there is a metal filter and at 46 there is shown a casing for circulating steam or hot water to maintain the temperature.
As previously the collected gasoline flows into the mixers through conduits 35 for mixer 30 and 36 for mixer 31. At 45 is a drain pipe with tap:
At 48 is shown the cover making it possible to bring the liquid or product to be introduced into the mixer 31 and 49 that intended for the mixer 30. These mixers 30 and 31 can also be provided with a wire mesh 27 forming a filter, as well as reheaters 46.
Mixers. 30. and 31 communicate respectively by the pipes 38 respectively 37, with on the one hand, drain pipes 41 respectively 43, on the other hand the pipe 37 with the pipe 39 opening into a cooler 32 and the pipe 38 with the pipe 40 opening in another cooler 33. These coolers 32 and 33 are each provided with discharge pipes 43 respectively 44 used for immediate or deferred consumption (bottling).
The operation is identical to what was explained previously with regard to fig. I, with the difference that the installation and the devices of fig. 3 are intended to appear in a consumer show or the diversity Drinks demanded requires, for example, for the mixer 31, an inlet for example of milk and for the mixer 30 an alcoholic liquid by the addition of spirits or liquor ,.
It should be noted that in these mixers 30 and 31 the supply of the mixing products is effected by the lids 48 and 49. The devices of FIGS. I and 2 * have, as goes without saying, provided with the usual aooes- sories of control and security.
On the counter, between the two cooling devices 32 and 33 can take place the percolator 47 in use in cafe-tiers-restaurateurs. this will complete the decorative effect, while ensuring a reduced servioe when the device
