La présente invention a pour objet un récipient distributeur à. cartouche de rechange pour pâtes et matières pâteuses ou liquides, caractérise en ce qu*il comprend un boitier muni d'un ajutage de sortie et d'un fond troué permettant le passage d'un doigt et une cartouche de rechange à membrane souple déformable.
Suivant une première forme d'exécution, la membrane déformable de la cartouche est accessible à la pression direote du doigt de l'usager.
Dans d'autres formes d'exécution, la vidange de la cartouche s'effectue par l'intermédiaire d'un piston.
La cartouche de rechange est constituée avantageusement par deux oalottes en matière souple déformable (étain, alimunium, papier, matières plastiques, matières transparentes ou translucides, etc.) réunies par sertissage, collage ou toute autre manière appropriée.
Suivant une autre forme d'exécution, la partie déformable de la cartouche comporte un soufflet.

Le récipient distributeur représenté à la fig,l comporte un boîtier, constitué par une calotte 1 portant l'ajutage 2, muni d'un bouchon 3 et réunie par vissage à une jupe de protection 4.
La cartouche de rechange, contenant le produit à distribuer, est formée par une calotte supérieure 5. munie d'un ajutage, réunie à la membrane déformable 6 en 7 par sertie sage. La cartouche est immobilisée dans le boîtier par serrage de sa couronne de sertissage 7 entre la calotte supérieure 1 et la jupe de protection 4. Pour réduire la hauteur de la jupe de protection, la membrane déformable présente une partie centrale concave 8.
Pour faire sortir le contenu de la cartouche, il suffit de presser, avec le pouce ou un doigt, sur la membrane souple 6 qui, progressivement, viendra épouser la forme intérieure de la calotte 1. La jupe de protection 4 assure une meilleure tenue en main du récipient distributeur et la protection de la cartouche.
A la fig.2, la calotte supérieure 9 et la jupe de prêtée** tion 10 sont formées en une seule pièce. L'ajutage 11 du boitier est fileté intérieurement et sert pour assembler le boitier avec la cartouche 12, qui comporte un ajutage 13, renforcé et fileté extérieurement.
La fig.3 montre un récipient distributeur muni d'un embout tubulaire 14, permettant l'emploi du distributeur comme burette.
L'embout peut être fixé sur le boitier 15 ou bien, comme représenté au dessin, visse sur l'ajutage fileté 16 de la

cartouche 17, de sorte que le boîtier 15 se trouve serré entre la partie permanente 18 de la cartouche et l'embase 19 de l'embout 14.
Le récipient distributeur représenté à la fig.4 comporte un bottier 20, constitué par une calotte 21, réunie par vissage à une jupe de protection 22, ayant près de sa base un rebord intérieur. Bans la jupe est disposé un piston coulissant 23, ayant dans sa partie supérieure 24 la forme d'une calotte' identique à celle de la calotte 21 du boitier.
La cartouche 25, représentée à cette fig., est constituée par deux calcttes, munie chacune d'une embase plate 26,27. Les deux embases sont maintenues ensemble par serrage de la jupe de protection 22 contre la calotte 21 du boitier,
Cette cartouche peut être livrée en pièces détachées,, qui seront assemblées par l'usager ou par le revendeur, après remplissage des deux calottes.
Le fonctionnement de ce distributeur est comme suit :
Une fois la cartouche disposée dans le boîtier, il suffit de percer son ajutage et de pousser ensuite sur le piston 23 avec un doigt, la membrane de la cartouche se déforme progressif vement et le contenu de la cartouche s'échappe par l'ajutage.

A la fig.5, un boîtier, constitué par une calotte 28 à vis 29, sur laquelle se visse une jupe 30, filetée à l'in térieur et solidaire, près de sa base, d'une butée d'arrêt annulaire 31, Dans le boîtier sont disposés une cartouche 32 à membrane soup le 33 et un piston 34.
La couronne 35 de la cartouche est disposée dans un épaule- ment 36 aménagé dans une calotte en dessous de la cartouche.
Avec ce mode d'exécution, l'usager a le choix, pour obtenir la déformation de la membrane souple et par là même, la sortie du contenu à distribuer, soit de presser directement sur le piston, soit de provoquer la poussée de celui-ci en vissant la jupe 30 sur la calotte 28.

L'invention comprend encore deux nouvelles formes d'exécution de la cartouche de rechange. A la fig.6, la partie défornable de la cartouche 37 est constituée en partie par un soufflet 38 à éléments concentriques, A la fig.7, la cartouche est constituée par une calotte permanente 39, fermée par un soufflet 40 ou membrane déformable.
Ces cartouches peuvent être employées en combinaison avec les différents boîtiers ci-dessus décrits de même qu'isolément.
Il est évident, que sans sortir du cadre de l'invention, l'on peut apporter aux détails de sa réalisation, toutes modifications jugées utiles pour sa bonne exécution, c'est ainsi que les cartouches peuvent être maintenues dans les boitiers par tout autre moyen de fixation comme, serrage, fermeture à baïionnette, etc. Les boîtiers et les cartouches peuvent être constituées en métal, matière plastique, carton, papier, matières transparentes ou translucides ou toute autre matière appropriée.
Revendications,
L'invention ooncerne un récipient distributeur à cartouche de rechange, caractérisé par:
1) Un boîtier muni d'un ajutage de sortie et d'un fond troué, permattent le passage d'un doigt, et une cartouche de rechange à membrane souple déformable, contenant le produit à distribuer.
2) Le fait que la cartouche est accessible à la pression directe du doigt de l'usager.
3) Le fait que la vidange de la cartouche s'effectue par l'intermédiaire d'un piston.
4) Le fait que la cartouche de rechange est formée par deux calottes en matière souple et déformable, réunies par sertissage; l'une de calottes portant l'ajutage de sortie.
5) Le fait que la partie déformable de la cartouche comporte un soufflet à éléments concentriques.
