Description
<Desc/Clms Page number 1>
<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

PATENT OF INTENT Vase allowing rapid expansion of boiling liquids.
The present invention relates to vessels to contain liquid masses heated to high temperatures, such as, for example, crucibles, saucepans, pots, pots, frying vats, and the like, made of cast iron, sheet metal, copper, aluminum, cast steel, and the like. all alloys, terracotta, pirex glass, porcelain and other suitable materials, and it is especially intended to allow rapid expansion of boiling liquids without overflowing.
The known vessels for boiling liquids, for example fat or oil, possibly still in contact with moist materials such as potatoes, fish, new moist fat, etc., did not allow a expansion of the liquid without overflowing, which can cause serious accidents.
The object of the present invention is to obviate these drawbacks and dangers, and consists in overcoming the container with a large collar with a diameter greater than that of the combined tank.
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
with a level indicator, any overflow is thus avoided, which allows to activate the boiling or cooking, without danger.
In the accompanying drawing is shown, by way of example, a vertical section through a vase, according to the invention.
The vase comprises a tank 1 in cast steel, cast iron, sheet metal, copper, aluminum and all alloys, terracotta, pirex glass, porcelain, and other suitable materials, surmounted by a large collar 2.
According to the drawing, the collar 2 is connected to the tank 1 by a connection 3 in the form of a funnel, in a single connection with said collar and tank; this connection 3 of increasing diameter, is provided for a gradual expansion of the boiling liquid.
For certain boiling liquids, such as milk for example, having a more compact foam, the diameter of this funnel may suddenly change to a diameter greater than that of the tank 1, and corresponding to that of the neck 2.
In this case, the link funnel 3 is deleted.
In order to give absolute safety to the use of the vessel, there is provided a bead 4 forming a projection, indicating the level that the liquid or the mass intended for melting cannot exceed, before boiling.
It goes without saying that the shape of the collar 2 can vary according to the needs and requirements, as well as the bead 4, which can optionally be replaced by a groove, lug, or other point of reference.
The invention has been described and illustrated purely as an indication and in no way limiting, and it goes without saying that numerous modifications can be made to its details without departing from its spirit, and that the vase may have

any suitable dimensions.
