   La présente invention concerne une poële à frire qui est formée de deux poëles accouplées,de manière à faciliter le re-   tournement .   des produits frits et à empêcher les projections de friture.En outre elle offre la possibilité de cuire avec la poêle oomplétement ouverte ou partiellement fermée.A cet effet la poe le inférieure et la poêle supérieure sont articulées,réunies so- lidement ensemble et l'ouverture de la poële supérieure par ro- tation est limitée par une butée.Chacune des poêles constitutives sera munie avantageusement d'une poignée dont l'une d'elles seu- lement aura la forme des poignées ordinaires de   poêles,le., quelle   pourra être solidarisée par une moitié à la poile supérieure. 



   Le dessin annexé représente à titre d'exemple un mode de ré- a lisation de l'invention Sur ce dessin,on voit :

   Comme on le voit au dessin, sur une poêle de forme connue b avec sa poignée a est articulée une autre poêle c avec une char- nière d et la rotation de cette dernière est limitée par une bu-

 tée e.Au moyen du   verrou?!   est   articulé   dans l'évidement d'une plaquette g avec un   axe,les   poeles inférieure et supérieure peu- vent être solidement réunies.Il est possible en souleva.nt et en posant une partie de la poêle sur le verrou f,de cuire avec une partie de la poêle seulement ouverte de manière à éviter les pro- jections de friture.Sur la, poêle c on fixera avantageusement une poignée telle que h convenablement isolée.

   The present invention relates to a frying pan which is formed of two pans coupled together so as to facilitate turning. fried products and to prevent frying spattering.In addition it offers the possibility of cooking with the pan fully open or partially closed.For this purpose the lower pan and the upper pan are articulated, joined firmly together and the opening of the upper stove by rotation is limited by a stop. Each of the constituent stoves will advantageously be provided with a handle, only one of which will have the shape of ordinary stove handles, the. be joined by one half to the upper pile.



   The appended drawing represents by way of example one embodiment of the invention. In this drawing, we see:

   As can be seen in the drawing, on a pan of known shape b with its handle a is articulated another pan c with a hinge d and the rotation of the latter is limited by a bu-

It is possible by lifting and placing a part of the pan on the lock f, to cook with only part of the pan open so as to avoid frying splashing. Stove. fry formed of two coupled pans facilitating the turning of the fried products and preventing frying prrjectins, the two pans being articulated and the. rotation of the upper poe being limited by a stop.

Each component stove is advantageously provided with a handle, only one in the form of an ordinary handle, a locking system strongly securing the two stoves and allowing the complete or partial opening of the assembly.
