Les exercices physiques ont entraîné la création de vêtements appropriés et il en est résulte plus particulièrement l'usage de vêtements tricotés et faconnés de manière à faciliter l'accomplissement des divers mouvements du corps humain. Ces vêtements sont bien connus sous la dénomination pull-over, sweater, jumper, etc.., et d'une ma- nière générale ils sont faits en tissu tricoté. D'après la na- ture et la variété infinie des mailles utilisées, le tissu de ce genre de vêtements est essentiellement extensible et exposé à un accrochage à tout objet pointu, rugueux ou inégal. Devant servir par tout temps, il en résulte une déformation rapide qu'il con- vient d'éviter. Le vêtement tricoté donne, d'autre part, l'im- pression d'une égalité de matière employée alors que cependant, selon la destination du vêtement et par suite de la nature même des sports pratiqués, une différence remarquable peut exister entre les vêtements de sport. Le maillot du nageur ou du joueur de tennis sera nécessairement autre que celui du boxeur.
L'invention consiste donc à constituer les dits vêtements spéciaux en étoffe tissée et de façonner les dits vêtements de manière à offrir un minimum de chance d'être accrochés par des objets environnants ou avec lesquels le porteur doit venir en contact. Ces différentes formes comporteront donc essentiellement la constitution d'une enveloppe pour le corps, sans solution de continuité dans le sens vertical, de manière à, ce que le dit vê-= tement puisse s'enfiler par dessus la tête et comportera des man ches ou non, avec col ou sans col, sans boutons et le serrage à la taille ou en tout autre point pourra être obtenu par des ti- rettes, des bandes élastiques, des boucles, ces éléments étant de préférence disposés en des endroits où les chances d'accrocher sont les plus réduites.

L'invention s'étend à confection de tous vêtements de sport pour lesquels on utilise actuellement de préférence le tis- su tricoté. A titre d'exemple, le dessin annexé illustre deux formes de réalisation, la figure 1 montrant un vêtement sans man- ches ni col, la figure 2 un vêtement semblable avec manches et col.
Comme on peut le voir dans la figure 1, le vêtement sera de préférence constitué par un minimum de pièces assemblées par cou- ture, ne laissant pas de saillie extérieure. Le serrage à la taille se fait avec des lanières et boucles, mais peut être ef- fectué par une bande élastique cousue à l'intérieur du corps de vêtement.
Le vêtement de la figure 2 comporte des manches coupées de façon à mouler le bras sans offrir dans les positions les plus diverses une résistance aux mouvements du sportif.
