L'invention vise à établir un système de benne basculante particulièrement utilisable pour l'enlèvement rapide et facile des immondices ou ordures ménagères.
On connaît les nombreux désavantages que -orésentent les camions ou véhicules actuels répondant à ce but : tout d'abord, les préposés au service de la voirie sont obligés, à diffé- rentes reprises, de procéder tant bien que mal à l'entassement plus ou moins uniforme de la quantité d'immondices contenue dans la benne; ensuite, le transport et l'évacuation des dits immondices nécessitent un temps très long, tout en donnant lieu à des manutentions pénibles, malpropres et coûteuses.
La présente invention a pour but d'obvier à ces inconvé- nients en prévoyant un système de benne ne réclamant aucune main-d'oeuvre spéciale, tout en répondant mieux aux exigences modernes de l'hygiène.

Le véhicule faisant l'objet de l'invention, de référence un véhicule automobile, comporte une benne basculante et un dispositif de chargement de cette benne.
Le dispositif de chargement est constitué par un réci- pient monté à l'extrémité dépassante de deux bras articulés aux longerons de la benne et destiné à être relevé par pivo- tement autour du point d'articulation des dits bras, en vue de déverser son contenu à la partie supérieure de la benne, laquel- le est pourvue de moyens empêchant le dégagement des poussières pendant l'opération de chargement.
Suivantl'invention, les manoeuvres de chargement de la benne et de basculement de celle-ci, en vue de sa vidange totale, sont assurées par un dispositif de commande unique constitué par deux câbles convenablement guidés et manoeuvres par un tambour actionné au moyen d'un organe mécanique du véhicule, l'extrémité de ces deux câbles pouvant indifférem- ment être fixée soit aux bras portant le récipient de charge- ment, en vue du relèvement de celui-ci, soit à l'extrémité avant des longerons de la benne, en vue de faire basculer cette dernière.
A simple titre d'exemple, un mode d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention se trouve décrit ci-après en référence à l'uni- que figure du dessin schématique annexé.
Comme montré dans ce dessin, la benne 5 pivotée en 6 sur le châssis 7 du véhicule, comporte un fond 8 délimité par deux longerons 9 supportant les parois latérales renforcées 10 de celle-ci complétées par une paroi ou dos cintré 12 présentant une 'porte- inférieure 13 articulée en 14.
Approximativement vers le milieu et à l'extérieur de chaque longeron 9 de la benne, se trouve prévu un tourillon 15 autour duquel peuvent pivoter deux bras 16, dont l'extré- mité opposée 16a, s'étendant au-delà et à l'arrière du corps

de la benne, supporte, par exemple au moyen de consoles 17, un baquet 18, à bec 18a, de contenance appropriée.
A proximité immédiate at à l'arrière du siège de conduc- teur, le châssis 7 du véhicule supporte deux potences 19 à poulies 20 et 21 sur lesquelles sont guidés deux cables 22 enroulés, d'une part,sur une poulie ou tambour 23 branché sur un élément de la boîte de vitesse du véhicule, et pouvant être fixés, d'autre part, soit à un crochet ou analogue 24 prévu aux bras 16, en passant par un jeu de poulies 25,26 et 27 et un secteur 28 de'guidage monté sur chacun des dits bras, soit à un second crochet 29 prévu à l'extrémité 29a des longerons 9 de la benne.
Cette benne est complétée en outre,à sa partie supérieure, par un couloir 30, en forme d'auge renversée, présentant un orifice 31 et deux rainures 32 permettant le libre passage du baquet 16 et des consoles 17, lorsque les bras 16 sont relevés.
Le fonctionnement du système ainsi défini s'obère comme suit :
En supposant le véhicule en cours de tournée, c'est-à- dire tel que le représente le dessin, l'extrémité des deux câbles 22 est accrochée en 24 aux deux bras 16 supportant le baquet 18, dans lequel le préposé à la voirie, ou au besoin les locataires eux-mêmes, peuvent déverser facilement leurs immondices.
Aussitôt le baquet 18 rempli, le tambour 23 est actionné de manière à enrouler le cable 22 sur celui-ci. Une traction étant ainsi exercée sur le dit cable et partant, sur les deux bras 16 pivotés en 15 , le baquet sera amené dans l'auge 30 comme indiqué en pointillé en vue de -permettre à son contenu d'être déversé dans la benne.
La manoeuvre inverse permettra alors à l'ensemble 16-18

de revenir à sa position normale, et ainsi de suite.
Il est à remarquer que l'aube 30 prévue au-dessus de la benne empêchera ou retiendra tout dégagement de poussières qui résulterait du déversement des ordures contenues dans le baquet 18.
Lorsque la benne sera entièrement remplie, et qu'il faudra par conséquent procéder à la vidange totale de celle- ci, l'extrémité des câbles 22 sera accrochée en 29 aux lon- gerons 9 de la benne.
Une nouvelle traction sur ces câbles permettra alors à la dite benne d'être basculée autour du pivot 6 pour déverser son contenu car la porte automatique 13 (voir tracé en poin- tillé).
Bien entendu, lors de cette opération, le baquet 18 aura été enlevé, celui-ci pouvant être monté, a cet effet, sur un train de roues ou analogue-55.

We know the many disadvantages that present trucks or vehicles that meet this goal: first of all, the road workers are obliged, on different occasions, to proceed as best they can with more piling. or less uniform the amount of garbage contained in the dumpster; then, the transport and evacuation of said refuse require a very long time, while giving rise to painful, messy and costly handling.
The object of the present invention is to obviate these drawbacks by providing a bucket system requiring no special labor, while better meeting modern hygienic requirements.

The vehicle which is the subject of the invention, with reference to a motor vehicle, comprises a tipping body and a device for loading this body.
The loading device consists of a receptacle mounted at the projecting end of two arms articulated to the side members of the skip and intended to be raised by pivoting about the point of articulation of said arms, in order to discharge its contained in the upper part of the bucket, which is provided with means preventing the release of dust during the loading operation.

When the bucket is completely filled, and it will consequently be necessary to proceed with the total emptying of the latter, the end of the cables 22 will be hooked at 29 to the rails 9 of the bucket.
A new traction on these cables will then allow the said bucket to be tilted around the pivot 6 to dump its contents because the automatic door 13 (see dotted line).
