Boîte en carton à fond et couvercle métalliques
La présente invention a pour objet la fabrication de boîtes devant contenir des produits pharmaceutiques d'hygiène et d'alimentation,entre autres des plantes,racines,graines,féculents et analogues.
Cette boîte a l'avantage d'être facile à fabriquer, ne nécessite aucune soudure et est d'un prix de revient moin- dre que celui des boîtes ayant le même usage, qui sont actuellement sur le marché.
La boite consiste en un corps en carton porté par un ond métallique,le couvercle étant également en métal. Le fond de la boîte a ses bords rainurés ou cintrés afin de recevoir les bords inférieurs du manteau en carton,après quoi l'assemblage s'opère par le rabattement de force ou sertissage des bords rainurés. Le manteau formant le corps de la boîte peut être en papier roulé et collé, mais il peut être venu d'une bande de carton dont les bords adjacents,après le pliage du manteau devant former le corps de la boite,sont reliés à l'aide d'une agrafe prenant toute la hauteur de la boîte;

La boite comporte un corps en carton 1 qui peut être de section cylindrique ou polygonale. Ce manteau 1 formant le corps de la botte est supporté par un fond métallique 2. Les bords sa de ce fond métallique sont cintrés oa plies en forme de rainures qui servent à recevoir les bords inférieurs du corps 1. L'assem- blage du corps avec le fond s'opère par le rabatte- ment de force on sertissage des rebords 2a. Le manteau peut être venu en papier roulé et collé embouti par ses bords inférieurs dans le fond métallique. Mais il se pourrait également que ce manteau soit venu du développement d'une feuille de carton plié ensuite, et dont les bords adjacents pour opérer la fermeture du manteau sont pris dans une agrafe métallique prenant toute la hauteur de la botte.
Comme le montre la fig. 3,cette agrafe métall- lique 3 peut être constituée par une bande en fer plat repliée de manière à offrir deux plis disposés en sens opposé,dans lesquels plis sont introduits les bords adjacents du manteau 1.
L'invention a été décrite à titre purement indicatif et nullement limitatif,et il va de soi que de nombreuses modifica- tions peuvent être apportées à ses détails sans s'écarter de son esprit.

The present invention relates to the manufacture of boxes to contain pharmaceutical products for hygiene and food, inter alia plants, roots, seeds, starches and the like.
This box has the advantage of being easy to manufacture, requires no soldering and is less costly than that of boxes having the same use, which are currently on the market.
The box consists of a cardboard body carried by a metal corrugation, the cover also being made of metal. The bottom of the box has its grooved or curved edges in order to receive the lower edges of the cardboard mantle, after which the assembly takes place by force-folding or crimping the grooved edges. The mantle forming the body of the box may be of rolled and glued paper, but it may have come from a strip of cardboard whose adjacent edges, after folding the mantle to form the body of the box, are connected to the using a clip taking the full height of the box;

The box comprises a cardboard body 1 which may be of cylindrical or polygonal section. This mantle 1 forming the body of the boot is supported by a metal bottom 2. The edges sa of this metal bottom are curved or folded in the form of grooves which serve to receive the lower edges of the body 1. The assembly of the body with the bottom, the flanges 2a are crimped forcibly. The mantle can be come in rolled paper and glued stamped by its bottom edges into the metal bottom. But it could also be that this coat came from the development of a sheet of cardboard folded then, and whose adjacent edges to operate the closing of the coat are caught in a metal clip taking the entire height of the boot.
