La présente invention a pour objet une guêtre possédant la forme d'un bas sans semelle,dans lequel la pointe du pied et le talon sont en forme de sacs' et le milieu du pied est muni d'une patte élastique,tandis qu'à l'endroit du creux du genou et au dessus du talon,on a prévu des fentes qui peuvent être maintenues fermées par des organes appropriés et qu'au bord supérieur du bas sont disposées des pattes pour la fixation du bas aux vête- ments de dessous,

La guêtre a a la forme d'un bas et se fait principalement en cuir fin.du genre appelé cuir à gants,mais on peut employer aussi une imitation de cuir.du drap ou une autre matière appro- priée, éventuellement imprégnée pour résieter à l'humidité.
