Abstract
Deze uitvinding betreft een werkwijze voor het produceren van een in het midden gevuld dessertgebak omvattende een bovenste en onderste gebakshelft waartussen een eetbaar vullingsmateriaal als tussenlaag is voorzien, waarbij de werkwijze de volgende stappen omvat: - het aanvoeren van een eerste en tweede inlegplaat, elk omvattende een aantal inlegvormen; - het plaatsen van telkens een onderste gebakshelft in een inlegvorm van de eerste inlegplaat; - het plaatsen van telkens een bovenste gebakshelft in een inlegvorm van de tweede inlegplaat; - het voorzien van een eetbaar vullingsmateriaal op de onderste gebakshelft, daarbij de tussenlaag vormend; - het automatisch roteren en plaatsen van de tweede inlegplaat op de eerste inlegplaat zodanig dat de bovenste gebakshelften op de genoemde tussenlaag geplaatst worden zodat een dessertgebak gevormd wordt.This invention relates to a method for producing a center-filled dessert pastry comprising an upper and lower pastry half between which an edible filling material is provided as an intermediate layer, the method comprising the following steps: supplying a first and second insert plate, each comprising a number of deposit forms; - placing a bottom pastry half in each case in an insert mold of the first insert plate; - placing an upper pastry half in each case in an insert mold of the second insert plate; - providing an edible filling material on the lower pastry half, thereby forming the intermediate layer; - automatically rotating and placing the second insert plate on the first insert plate such that the top pastry halves are placed on said intermediate layer so that a dessert pastry is formed.
