Abstract
De huidige uitvinding betreft een kit geschikt voor het samengesteld vormen van een recycleerbare isolerende vloerlaag de kit omvattende: een veelheid geëxpandeerde polystyreen (EPS) granulen met een densiteit van 10-35 kg/m3 en een vochtopname door onderdompeling van maximaal 5%; en een bindmiddel, waarbij het bindmiddel een polymeer-in-water emulsie omvat. De uitvinding betreft verder een kit omvattende recyclaat, de kit geschikt voor het samengesteld vormen van een opnieuw recycleerbare isolerende vloerlaag, de kit omvattende: een veelheid gerecycleerde vlokken omvattende versneden, middels een eerste bindmiddel gebonden geëxpandeerde polystyreen (EPS) granulen; en een tweede bindmiddel, waarbij het bindmiddel een polymeer-in-water emulsie omvat.The present invention relates to a kit suitable for the composite formation of a recyclable insulating floor layer, the kit comprising: a plurality of expanded polystyrene (EPS) granules with a density of 10-35 kg/m3 and a moisture absorption by immersion of up to 5%; and a binder, wherein the binder comprises a polymer-in-water emulsion. The invention further relates to a kit comprising recyclate, the kit suitable for forming a composite, recyclable insulating floor layer, the kit comprising: a plurality of recycled flakes comprising cut expanded polystyrene (EPS) granules bound by means of a first binder; and a second binder, wherein the binder comprises a polymer-in-water emulsion.
