In general, rock wool or glass fiber is widely used as a heat insulator to provide heat insulation effect in buildings, but they are not easily broken and have a poor feel, and dust is generated, which causes problems in storage, workability, and transportability. have.

In addition, insulation materials such as foamed polystyrene, foamed polyurethane and foamed polyvinyl chloride, which are commonly called styrofoam, are also widely used, but it is difficult to completely insulate the sides of the connection part and is vulnerable to fire.

For this reason, various building finishes used for finishing of buildings such as plywood, MDF, and magnesium boards, and magnesium boards are laminated and mixed with insulation materials such as rock wool, glass fiber, and styrofoam.

By the way, the conventional heat insulating material used by the composite coupling has a problem that the bonding strength is easily weakened or the processability and durability are poor due to temperature changes such as temperature and humidity, and above all, satisfactory heat insulating performance for use as a heat insulating finishing material of buildings. There was a problem that can not.
