Abstract

De uitvinding betreft een werkwijze voor het vervaardigen van een gelabeld polymeerproduct, omvattende de stappen: (a) het elektrostatisch laden van een label middels een elektrostatische oplaadelektrode, welke elektrostatische oplaadelektrode een lengterichting en een naar het label gericht axiaal uiteinde omvat, en welk label een polymeer labeloppervlak omvat; (b) het aanbrengen van het label in een matrijs; (c) het spuitgieten van een polymeerproduct in genoemde matrijs; en (d) het verwijderen van het gevormde polymeerproduct, waarbij het label is gekoppeld aan genoemd polymeerproduct, en waarbij het elektrostatisch laden van het label in stap a en het aanbrengen van het label in stap b gelijktijdig gebeuren, waarbij het naar het label gerichte axiaal uiteinde van de oplaadelektrode zich gedurende stappen a en b op een afstand begrepen tussen 2,0 en 20,0 mm ten opzichte het labeloppervlak bevindt.
