Abstract

De uitvinding betreft een werkwijze voor het produceren van een microbiologisch stabiel bier zonder pasteurisatie, waarbij alvorens het bier af te vullen een microbiologische controle uitgevoerd wordt van het bier, waarbij het bier enkel afgevuld wordt in geval de microbiologische controle uitwijst dat ongewenste micro-organismen hoogstens in toegelaten maximumhoeveelheden aanwezig zijn in het bier.
