OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a device making it possible to prevent the theft of the removable grids belonging to the gutters or gullies of roads.

STATE OF THE ART We know, in the fields of public or private space, such as port and airport installations, storage areas, production halls, parking lots, sidewalks and pavement approaches, expressways, motorways, a whole series of devices intended for draining and draining surface water, such as manholes with full or grid buffer, trapilIons, gullies and grate drains, etc. The grids are most often gratings, perforated grids, bars, etc.

More and more regularly, there are thefts, often at night, of this type of grids, mainly in the case of gullies or gutters on roads found in public space. Due to their removable nature, these grids are very popular with thieves, because it is particularly easy to remove them very quickly from their chassis, which is anchored to it in the ground.

In addition, we see that it is the grids at the edge of the roadway which are mainly targeted, the buffers being for example in the center of the roadway not allowing the thief to hide as easily and annoying him considerably in the execution of his package given the potential passage of vehicles.

BE2017 / 5496 [0005] Anti-theft systems are already known for these devices for discharging surface water, such as for example an automatic locking effect produced by elastic bars of ductile iron for grids and pads. In this case, the dislocation can only be achieved by using a complementary tool such as a crowbar. Also known are rotary latch systems or buffers and grids bolted at several points. However, these various security systems increase the cost price of the devices and are, for example, not suitable for rapid removal of the road grilles during periodic or even daily maintenance, especially in the case of multi-point bolting.

The administrations of the municipalities and infrastructures where these drains are located wish to find a technical and inexpensive solution making it possible to prevent or at least delay the above-mentioned flights.

The above problems are well explained in the document

US 5,864,990 A, published in 1999, which discloses a new drip grid pivotally and securely mounted relative to the fixed frame of a gutter. Indeed, it was already known at that time to secure a drip panel for gutter on a fixed frame by means of a chain to prevent the theft of the drip panel. According to the aforementioned document, such drip panels of the prior art indeed have the following drawbacks:

- one end of the chain is fixed to the internal wall of the gutter by tapping and using an expansion screw, which is tedious and reduces productivity;

- the chain can be easily broken by a thief to take away the sign;

- the theft of panels creates holes in the gutters which can be tricky for passers-by and vehicles;

- the removal of the grids flat during maintenance makes these holes not very visible and dangerous, if one does not affix a warning sign.

Document US 2,553,934 A discloses a manhole provided with a buffer secured by means of a chain to the manhole chassis. The chain is attached to both the chassis and the buffer with eyelet screws.

BE2017 / 5496 [0009] Document US 2011/0200388 A1 discloses an anti-theft device for a plug or a removable gutter grid. This anti-theft device includes a pair of stirrups and an iron chain that allow the grid to be loosely attached to the frame anchored in concrete. In the case of a grid, an example shows that the connection of the chain to the grid is made via a U-shaped bracket with a screw which joins the two free ends of the bracket, this screw passing through one of the crosspieces of the grid. in which housing has been previously practiced.

AIMS OF THE INVENTION The present invention aims to provide a solution making it possible to prevent or delay the theft of gutter grates.

Another object pursued by the invention is to provide a solution which still allows easy and rapid access to the drains, in order to allow their periodic maintenance.

Another object further pursued by the invention is to provide a safety device which by design easily adapts to already installed or existing gullies.

Main characteristic elements of the invention The present invention relates to a gutter or gutter with grid comprising a removable grid and a frame or fixed frame intended to be anchored in the ground, the grid comprising a periphery adapted to come s' insert into the fixed frame and bars, and comprising an anti-theft device in the form of a link chain, a first link of which is secured to the chassis and a last link of which is secured to the removable grid, while allowing the lifting or pivoting of the grid, characterized in that the first link in the chain is secured to the chassis by means of a screw blocking the first link and in that the last link in the chain is secured to the grid by means of an elastic pin, split on its length, also called “Mecanindus” pin or spiral, embedded between two successive bars of the grid at the level of practical housings s in these bars, so that the last link of the chain is imprisoned by said pin between these two bars.

- the chain is a high-strength lifting chain made of steel, hardened steel, galvanized steel or stainless steel, the links of which have a diameter of between 8 and 13 mm;

- the screw is a steel hexagon socket screw with countersunk head or an expansion screw;

- the elastic pin, split lengthwise or spirally, is made of hardened or stainless steel;

- the elastic pin split along its length is according to ISO 8752 standard;

- the elastic pin is between 50 and 100 mm in length and its nominal or expanded diameter between 8 and 12 mm.

Description of a preferred embodiment of the invention The anti-theft solution recommended by the present invention is shown in Figures 1 to 3.

The surface water evacuation device such as gutter or gutter with grid comprises a movable grid 1 which cooperates with a fixed frame or frame 2. The grid 1 and the fixed frame 2 are for example of square, rectangular shape or circular. The frame 1 is intended to be anchored in the ground, for example embedded in a concrete screed. The grid 1 includes a periphery adapted to fit exactly into the frame 2 and crosspieces or bars 6 which may or may not be parallel to each other.

BE2017 / 5496 The anti-theft solution of the invention comprises the installation of a very robust chain 5, for example a lifting chain in mm diameter links, which loosely secures the removable grid 1 of the hood and the chassis 2 anchored in the ground, allowing the grid to be raised or pivoted sufficiently with respect to its support only to allow routine maintenance such as daily / periodic cleaning of the drains.

According to the invention, the aforementioned chain 5 is fixed on the one hand on the fixed part or chassis 2 of the hood, at the internal face of the chassis 1, by means of the installation of a screw appropriate 4 which attaches the first link of the chain 5 to the fixed frame 2, in which a prior tapping has been carried out. This screw is for example a hexagon socket head screw of M12 type or an expansion screw.

On the other hand, the chain 5 is fixed to the grid 2 thanks to the placement of an elastic pin 3 split along its length, also called a "Mecanindus" pin or a spiral pin. These pins can for example be made of hardened or stainless steel. They are characterized by an excellent diametrical elasticity.

The elastic pins can be of the thick type (approximately

1.5 mm) according to ISO 8752. They may for example have a length of 100 mm and a diameter of 10 mm. According to the invention, the elastic pin will be embedded in housings having approximately the same diameter as the expanded diameter of the pin (eg 10 mm), previously formed in two successive bars 6 of the grid.

Once this elastic pin 3 is in place, it is practically impossible to dislodge it. It also has the advantage that the machining of the housing in the bars of the grid does not have to be very precise. In addition, given the steel used, it is also almost impossible to cut it.
