Lace-up shoe accessory

1. Field of the invention

The field of the invention is that of accessories for a lace-up shoe, more particularly for a golf shoe with a lace.

More specifically, the invention relates to an accessory for 5 lace-up shoes, a method of manufacturing such an accessory and a use of said accessory.

2. Prior art solutions

Golfers have always had a chip, a golf marker marker in their pocket or bag, which they use to mark the location of their ball when it is on the green. Then he raises their ball. This is to make room for other players or to clean up their ball. As a general rule, players waste time finding this marker which is in their pocket, bag or other place.

Document US 6578746 discloses the use of a golf shoe accessory comprising a marker. Said accessory is fixed to the first lacing loop or lower lacing loop by sliding the lace between two tabs and receiving it within a groove. However, the shoe accessory as disclosed has the disadvantage of being bulky and of extending beyond the lacing position on the side of the lace insertion zone.

Document US 2015/0216264 A1 discloses a shoe accessory attaching to the lace knot, the upper lacing loop. The accessory described has several drawbacks. First of all, positioning and fixing the accessory on the loop of the knot is not easy.

In addition, the shape of the accessory has discomfort linked to its polygonal shape including angles in contact with the upper surface of the foot, especially when the lace tightens the shoe strongly. Finally, the accessory does not have an adequate retention system to receive a part that can be a token.

3. Objectives of the invention

The object of the invention is in particular to overcome these drawbacks of the prior art.

More specifically, an objective of the invention, in at least one of its embodiments, is to provide an accessory for a lace-up shoe, more particularly for a golf shoe with lace which is easily fixed to the lace of said shoe, or removed in an easy way and is not bulky.

Another objective of the invention, in at least one of its embodiments, is to implement a method of manufacturing said accessory for lace-up shoe, more particularly for golf shoe with lace.

The invention, in at least one of its embodiments, also aims to provide a preferred use of said accessory for lace-up shoe, more particularly for golf shoe with lace.

4. Statement of the invention

According to a particular embodiment, the invention relates to an accessory for lace-up shoe, preferably for golf shoe with lace.

According to the invention, such an accessory comprises a first face intended to receive said lace, said first face, comprising at least one fixing means in the form of a first recess, said fixing means comprising at least one positioning means and a first retention means in the form of a groove intended to receive said lace and at least two

BE2016 / 5619 second retention means in the form of tongues, said two second retention means in the form of tongues partially covering said groove and being located at each end thereof, said groove comprising at least one lug, said lug being positioned between the two second retention means in the form of tongues so as to leave a space between said lug and said second retention means in the form of tongues for the insertion of said lace within said groove.

The general principle of the invention is based on an accessory placed on a shoe, preferably on a golf shoe.

Said accessory is fixed on the lace of the shoe, preferably on the lace of the golf shoe, by insertion of said lace within a fixing means in the form of a first recess, said fixing means comprising at least one means positioning and a first retention means in the form of a groove intended to receive said lace and at least two second retention means in the form of tongues. The lug included in the groove is preferably a fixed lug. By the terms "fixed lug" is meant to denote the fact that the lug is not likely to move in a vertical and / or horizontal plane.

Thus, the invention is based on a completely new and inventive approach to the method of attaching the accessory to said shoe lace.

The invention provides a solution to the technical problems presented above. Advantageously, the invention provides a fixing system on the lower loop or first lacing loop of the already laced shoe that is less voluminous. In addition, given its advantageous positioning, the accessory according to the invention has no angle in contact with the foot.

It differs from the prior art in that it reduces the risk of losing the accessory while walking, running or jumping. Said accessory is preferably of the monobloc type and does not require the use of a tool for

By the expression “at least one positioning means and a first retention means in the form of a groove intended to receive said lace”, it is meant to denote the fact that the groove corresponds simultaneously to at least one positioning means and a first means of retention.

Preferably, said lug and said second retention means in the form of tongues are such that their upper faces are located in the same plane allowing uniformity of the first face intended to receive said lace.

According to a preferred embodiment or in accordance with the invention, the accessory for a lace-up shoe, preferably for a golf shoe with a lace, is such that the at least one fixing means in the form of a first recess has a plane of symmetry.

Thus, this symmetry allows a perfect balance of the accessory on the shoe.

According to an advantageous embodiment, the accessory for a lace-up shoe, preferably for a golf shoe with a lace, according to the invention is such that the at least one positioning means and a first retention means in the form of a groove intended to receive said lace are located in the middle of the first face.

Thus, this said groove allows a first easy introduction of said lace.

According to an advantageous embodiment, the accessory for a lace-up shoe, preferably for a golf shoe with a lace, according to the invention is such that the upper face of the lug and said second retention means in the form of tongues are in the same plan.

Thus, this same plan allows to obtain a perfect retention as well as a perfect balance of the whole.

According to an advantageous embodiment, the accessory for shoe with lace, preferably for golf shoe with lace, according to the invention is such that it comprises a second face intended to be oriented opposite the lace, said second face comprising at least one blind hole intended to receive a third retention means.

Thus, this blind hole makes it possible on the one hand to save space and on the other hand to conceal as much as possible the third means of retention that said blind hole will receive.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the previous embodiment, the accessory for lace-up shoe, preferably for golf shoe with lace, according to the invention is such that the at least one third retention means is a magnet.

Thus, said magnet keeps the marker on the accessory.

It also makes it easy to remove the marker and replace it just as easily.

According to an advantageous embodiment, the accessory for a lace-up shoe, preferably for a golf shoe with lace, according to the invention is such that the second face comprises a second recess intended to accommodate a piece of dimensions substantially equal or less, preferably a part of substantially equal or lesser diameter.

By the terms "substantially equal" is meant to denote the fact that the dimensions of the part are such that they allow said part to be held within the second recess without necessarily having recourse to the third.

Thus, said second recess makes it possible to obtain a space intended to receive and take up a coin such as a chip, a token or a marker in golfic term. Said accessory is mounted on said shoe lace and supports a part such as a chip, a token or a marker in the case of a golf shoe.

In the case of a golf shoe, the player must at some point lift his ball and therefore mark it. When the player bends down, he can easily have access to his shoes, he takes the marker on the accessory, places it behind the ball and takes this ball. When he has to replace his ball, he bends down again, finds himself at the level of his shoes, he replaces his ball in front of the marker, picks up the latter which he immediately places on the accessory of his shoe.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the previous embodiment, the accessory for a lace-up shoe, preferably for a golf shoe with lace, according to the invention is such that the part of dimension substantially equal or less, preferably a part of diameter substantially equal or lower, is a token, preferably a metal token, more preferably a ferromagnetic token.

Thus, said metallic or preferably ferromagnetic part allows it to be held by the magnet.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the two preceding modes, the accessory for a lace-up shoe, preferably for a golf shoe with lace, according to the invention is such that the second recess has a dimension greater than the part, preferably a diameter greater than the room.

Thus, said part can be inserted and removed easily from said recess.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the preceding modes, the accessory for lace-up shoe, preferably for golf shoe with lace, according to the invention is such that the second face intended to be oriented opposite the lace comprises at least one peripheral rim whose height is substantially equal to the thickness of the part.

Thus, said peripheral edge allows retention of said part perpendicular to the axis of said peripheral edge.

According to an advantageous embodiment, the accessory for lace-up shoe, preferably for golf shoe with lace, according to the invention is such that the second recess comprises at least one surface comprising two facets situated at different heights relative to the first face intended to receive said lace, preferably said at least two facets are located in parallel planes.

Thus, said two facets allow easy recovery of the part inserted within the second recess.

According to an advantageous embodiment, the accessory for a lace-up shoe, preferably for a golf shoe with lace, according to the invention is such that it is of the one-piece type.

Thus, the fact that the accessory is of the monobloc type allows a simplification of the manufacture as well as to minimize the price of manufacturing and packaging cost.

According to an advantageous embodiment, the accessory for lace-up shoe, preferably for golf shoe with lace, according to the invention is such that it is made of plastic or metallic material.

Thus, the choice of plastic material makes it possible to obtain an extremely light weight while retaining the solidity necessary for the use of the accessory.

In the case of plastic, manufacturing by an injection process makes it possible to obtain large series with high rates and thus reduce the manufacturing cost.

The choice of metallic material would make it possible to obtain accessories in limited series in a more luxurious material.

The invention also relates to the methods of manufacturing accessories for a lace-up shoe, preferably for a golf shoe with a lace, as described above. More particularly, the invention relates to the implementation of a method for manufacturing the lace-up shoe accessory according to the invention, such that said method comprises a molding step, more particularly an injection molding step.

The invention also aims to provide a use of the lace-up shoe accessory according to the invention. According to a preferred use, said accessory is fixed to a lacing loop, preferably the first lacing loop. More particularly, the accessory for golf shoe with lace according to the invention makes it possible to provide a marker fixed on the lace of the player's shoe and therefore very close, close to the ball to be marked.

6. Description of an embodiment of the invention

There is shown, in relation to FIG. 1, an embodiment of the accessory 1 placed on the first lacing loop 17 of a lacing loop 16 as close as possible to the end of the shoe 2 as well as a piece 13 placed on said accessory 1 and ready to use. This figure presents a block diagram of the use of accessory 1 when it is fixed to the lacing loop 16 of shoe 2 and receives part 13.

In Figure 2, there is a perspective view showing the first face 3 of the accessory 1 for receiving said lacing loop 16 of the shoe 2. It also shows the advantageous shape of the lug 8, the first means fixing in the form of a recess 4, the groove 5 provided as a first retention means. We also see the two second means of retention under

BE2016 / 5619 in the form of tongues 6 and 7. The groove 5 is preferably designed to receive and retain the first lacing loop 17. Said lacing loop is retained by said tongues 6 and 7. The lug 8 allows the lace to pass through 2 through the recess 4 and position the lace in said groove 5.

Figure 3 shows a view of the first face 3 of the accessory 1 showing the advantageous shape of the lug 8 and the recess 4 which surrounds it. The characteristic shapes of the retention means that are the groove 5 and the two tongues 6 and 7 are also shown there.

FIG. 4 represents the perspective view revealing the second face 9 of the accessory 1 by highlighting the part 13 fixed on said second face 9. There are also visible, from the side, the recess 4, the lug 8 and the tongue 6. Said second face 9 is opposite to the first face 3.

FIG. 5 represents the second face 9 of the accessory 1 showing the part 13 in the foreground.

FIG. 6 represents a section along the plane of symmetry A of the accessory 1 revealing the second recess 12 intended to receive the part 13. In this view, the accessory 1, the magnet 11 and the part 13 are visible. The purpose of the peripheral rim 14 is to retain said part 13. The surface 15 delimiting the second recess 12 is preferably inclined from its center towards the ends, thus defining a conical surface of revolution thus facilitating the extraction of the part 13. The second recess therefore preferably comprises at least one surface 15 comprising two facets situated at different heights relative to the first face (3) intended to receive said lace, preferably said at least two facets are located in parallel planes.

FIG. 7 represents an exploded view of the accessory 1 showing in isolation the part 13, the magnet 11 as well as the accessory 1. It also presents the advantageous forms of the peripheral rim 14 and of the second

BE2016 / 5619 recess 12. The blind hole 10 for receiving the magnet 11 is illustrated. Finally, we can see, from the side, the recess 4, the lug 8 and the tongue 6. The favorable arrangement and arrangement of these three elements that are the accessory 1, the magnet 11 and the part 13 are part of the advantageous solution described by the invention.

Figures 8 to O show the different steps that the golf player in this case performs to mark his ball using accessory 1.

Figures 12 to 20 show step by step one way among others to mount accessory 1 on shoe 2.

Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiments mentioned above.

In particular, the person skilled in the art may make any variant in the execution of the manufacture, the methodology thereof, the dimensions, the materials.

Similarly, the accessory 1 and the part 13 are not limited to the materials mentioned above as well as to these, composite, wood, nylon, plastics of all types, resin, zamak, ceramic. , copper, bronze and precious metals.

The accessory 1 and the part 13 are not limited by their dimensions or by their different shapes.

The invention also applies to the toy industry, sports, jewelry and goldsmithing.

In addition, the invention applies to any application which would require the use of a fixing means as described by accessory 1 described above.
