Abstract

DESCRIPTION
Cette nouvelle conception d'éléments préfabriqués de construction, notament de parpaings, permet le recyclage de pneus usés. Une fois broyés, les pneus produisent le GRANULAT SBR(çtyrène butadienne recyclé). Ce matériau aux avantages multiples, offre énormément de possibilités, déjà utilisé en milieu urbain dans la fabrication de coupes vitesse, de réhausseurs de trottoirs, de bancs et tables dans les aires de repos sur autoroute, il a pu fournir des preuves de fiabilité.
L'INVENTION A POUR BUT : L'utilisation de cet excellent matériau bon marché, pour en faire grâce à ses qualités à la fois de souplesse et de robustesse de nouveaux éléments de constructions très performants.

   Il est prévu également d'autres éléments s'accouplant aux parpaings: Les demi-parpaings de finition de mur. Les colonnes verticales d'espassements munies de part et d'autre de profilés < mal-femelle > permettants l'emboitement des parpaings en enfilade, ainsi que les colonnes verticales d'angles munies elles de profilés mal-femelle placés perpendiculairernent(voir dessins).

DESCRIPTION
This new design of prefabricated building elements, especially breeze blocks, allows the recycling of used tires. Once crushed, the tires produce the GRANULAT SBR (recycled butadiene cyanide). The object of the invention is to use this excellent inexpensive material, to make it possible thanks to its qualities of both flexibility and robustness of new elements of high performance constructions.

   It is also planned other elements mating blocks: The half-blocks wall finishing. The vertical columns of espassements provided on both sides of profiles <Mal-female> allowing the interlocking of the blocks in succession, as well as the vertical columns of angles provided with bad-female profiles placed perpendicularly (see drawings) .
