Abstract
The ornament (5) has a light source (4) i.e. LED, provided at the center of the ornament for illuminating the ornament from interior. The light source is fixed to an invisible support (3) that is fixed to an attachment (1) of the ornament. A battery (2) provided with a light source controlling system supplies the light source.

DESCRIPTION DE L'INVENTION
Boule de Noël lumineuse éclairée depuis l'intérieur via une source de lumière type diode LED
La présente invention concerne des boules de noël (5) dans lesquelles sont introduites une sources de lumière (4).
Nous développerons le concept concernant des boules de noël (5) destinées à être pendues à un sapin de noël mais nous pourrions envisager un autre usage pour ces boules.
Nous travaillerons dans un premier temps avec des sources de lumières (4) telles que des diodes LED mais nous pourrons très bien nous adapter aux nouvelles technologies dans le futur. Cette source lumineuse (4) sera située au centre de la boule (5).
Pour ce faire, elle sera soit fixée à un support pratiquement invisible (3), lui-même fixée à l'attache de la boule (1), soit la boule sera pleine et la source lumineuse sera simplement placée au centre de celle-ci.
La boule (5) pourra être fabriquée en verre ou en toute matière plastique rigide telle que du polyuréthane par exemple.
Au minimum une diode (4) sera présente au sein de la boule (5), mais il pourrait être envisagé d'en mettre plusieurs en vue d'augmenter la luminosité par exemple.
Celle-ci permettra un éclairage de une couleur ou de plusieurs couleurs (dans le cas de diodes LED multicolores) ainsi que d'autres fonctions telles que le clignotement à différentes vitesses de la diode par exemple.
Un système de commande de la source lumineuse (2) ainsi qu'une source d'énergie (2) seront incorporés dans l'attache extérieure de la boule (1).
Le système de commande de la source de lumière (2) permettra de passer d'une couleur à une autre (dans le cas d'une diode multicolore), d'allumer ou d'éteindre la source de lumière, de passer d'une lumière fixe à une lumière clignotante, de modifier la vitesse de clignotement,...
L'alimentation de cette source de lumière se fera via une batterie (2). Celle-ci sera par exemple introduite au sein du système de commande (2) en vue d'être pratiquement invisible.
Cette batterie (2) aura une durée de vie limitée mais pourra être changée relativement facilement par l'utilisateur. Il n'y aura dés lors aucun fil ou arrivée de courant visible à l'extérieur de la boule (5).
La taille de la boule (5) variera de 5 centimètres de diamètre pour les plus petites à 5 mètres pour les plus grandes.
La surface de la boule (5) pourra être totalement transparente, partiellement transparente, teintée, opaque par endroit et transparente à d'autres,... il pourrait même être envisagé d'y apposer un logo ou un dessin par exemple.
Le poids de la boule (5) avec son système lumineux n'excédera pas une fois et demi le poids d'une boulle normale de même taille.

The present invention relates to Christmas balls (5) in which a light source (4) is introduced.
We will develop the concept of Christmas balls (5) to be hanged on a Christmas tree but we could consider another use for these balls.
We will work initially with sources of lights (4) such as LEDs but we can very well adapt to new technologies in the future. This light source (4) will be located in the center of the ball (5).
To do this, it will either be attached to a virtually invisible support (3), itself attached to the ball attachment (1), or the ball will be full and the light source will simply be placed in the center of it .
The ball (5) may be made of glass or any rigid plastic material such as polyurethane for example.
At least one diode (4) will be present within the ball (5), but it could be considered to put several in order to increase the brightness for example.
This will allow lighting of one color or several colors (in the case of multicolored LEDs) as well as other functions such as flashing at different speeds of the diode for example.
A control system of the light source (2) and a power source (2) will be incorporated in the outer attachment of the ball (1).
The control system of the light source (2) will make it possible to switch from one color to another (in the case of a multicolored diode), to turn on or turn off the light source, to switch from one light source to another. fixed light to a flashing light, to change the flashing speed, ...
The supply of this light source will be via a battery (2). This will for example be introduced within the control system (2) to be virtually invisible.
This battery (2) will have a limited life but can be changed relatively easily by the user. There will be no current wire or current arrival visible outside the ball (5).
The size of the ball (5) will vary from 5 centimeters in diameter for smaller ones to 5 meters for bigger ones.
The surface of the ball (5) may be completely transparent, partially transparent, tinted, opaque in place and transparent to others, ... it could even be envisaged to affix a logo or a drawing for example.
The weight of the ball (5) with its light system will not exceed one and a half times the weight of a normal ball of the same size.
