Abstract
The device has a small rotor (C) rotating at high speed by flow of air concentrated by a roof (B) such that venturi effect of the roof causes notorious increment of linear speed of air at the passage of rotor. The roof is attached on a support structure fixed on a riding ring, where the device is installed on a fixed mast which has a metallic ferrule fixed at the interior. Axis of the rotor and the roof is in the plane of wind.

Description :
L'éolienne objet du présent descriptif est caractérisée
par les principes suivants :
1. L'énergie du vent n'est pas convertie en énergie
mécanique puis électrique par une hélice de grand
diamètre simplement exposée au flux d'air, mais
bien par une petite hélice à plus grande vitesse qui
reçoit un flux d'air concentré par un pavillon.
L'effet venturi du pavillon (B) provoque une
augmentation notoire de la vitesse linéaire de l'air
au passage de l'hélice (C) (dessin 1).
2. Le pavillon (B) est attaché seul (dessin 2) ou
horizontalement par plusieurs (dessin 3) sur une
structure portante (D) fixée sur une couronne de
roulement (E). L'ensemble (B+C+D+E) est conçu
pour s'auto-aligner au vent.
3. Plusieurs pavillons (B+C) sont disposés sur une
structure portante ( D ) et une couronne de
roulement ( E ) .(dessin 4 et 5).
4. Le ou les ensembles (B+C+D+E) sont montés sur
un mât creux (A) constitué d'une virole métallique
fixe à l'intérieur de laquelle un technicien peut
accéder aux structures supérieures (montage,
maintenance). Le mât (A) est calculé pour
reprendre les efforts au vent. (dessin 2, 3, 4 et 5).
Revendications :
1. Dispositif générateur d'énergie comprenant une
petite hélice ( C ) tournant à grande vitesse dans un flux d'air concentré par un pavillon ( B ).L'axe de l'hélice et du pavillon peut être dans le plan du vent ou faire l'objet d'un léger pincement.

Description:
The wind turbine object of the present description is characterized
by the following principles:
1. Wind energy is not converted into energy
mechanical then electric by a large propeller
diameter just exposed to the airflow but
well by a smaller propeller at higher speed which
receives a concentrated air stream through a pavilion.
The venturi effect of the horn (B) causes a
noticeable increase in the linear velocity of air
at the passage of the helix (C) (drawing 1).
2. The flag (B) is attached alone (drawing 2) or
horizontally by several (drawing 3) on a
supporting structure (D) fixed on a crown of
bearing (E). The set (B + C + D + E) is designed
to self-align with the wind.
3. Several flags (B + C) are arranged on a
supporting structure (D) and a crown of
bearing (E) (drawing 4 and 5).
4. The set (s) (B + C + D + E) are mounted on
a hollow mast (A) consisting of a metal ferrule
fixed within which a technician may
access to higher structures (assembly,
maintenance). The mast (A) is calculated to
resume the efforts in the wind. (drawing 2, 3, 4 and 5).

An energy generating device comprising a
small propeller (C) rotating at high speed in a concentrated airflow through a horn (B) .The propeller and horn axis may be in the plane of the wind or may be slightly pinched .
