EEN MOBIELE TANDHEELKUNDIGE INRICHTING
De uitvinding betreft een mobiele tandheelkundige inrichting en meer in het bijzonder een inrichting die toelaat universele tandheelkundige ingrepen uit te voeren buiten het kabinet van de tandarts.
Een tandheelkundige inrichting bestaat uit een complex geheel van toe- en afvoerleidingen en nutsleidingen zoals elektriciteit, water,...enz.
Anderzijds dient het comfort van de patiënt gerespecteerd te worden. Zowel de veiligheid als de hygiëne zijn hierbij uitermate belangrijk.
Het doel van de uitvinding bestaat er dan ook in een mobiele inrichting te verwezenlijken die een integrale tandheelkundige behandeling bij de patiënt ter plaatse moet toelaten.
In de stand der techniek zijn mobiele inrichtingen gekend. Een voertuig wordt volledig uitgerust met de nodige apparatuur
(PN : EP0278626 A 19880817). Dit betekent dat de patiënt behandelt wordt in het voertuig zelf.Zodoende beschikt men over een zeer enge behandelruimte, wat noch voor de patiënt, noch voor de practicus aangenaam is.
De kostprijs van een dergelijk voertuig ligt hoog. In sommige gevallen dient men eveneens over een aangepast rijbewijs te beschikken.
Verplaatsbare apparatuur voor tandheelkundige ingrepen in de hoedanigheid van een draagbare koffer (PN : GB2165760 A
19860423) is eveneens gekend, maar is meestal beperkt in zijn toepassingsmogelijkheden. Door hun geringe omvang hebben deze een beperkte capaciteit.De behandelingsmogelijkheden worden hierdoor sterk gereduceerd.

Nergens wordt een totaalconcept aangeboden voor een volledige mobiele inrichting, wat bij de mobiele tandheelkundige inrichting wel het geval is.
Deze uitvinding beoogt dan ook om de voorgaande problemen het hoofd te bieden.
De uitvinding heeft als eerste voordeel dat zowel de assemblage als het transport eenvoudig te verwezenlijken zijn.
Minder mobiele personen kunnen ter plaatse een tandheelkundige ingreep ondergaan.
Door het gebruik van snelkoppelingen en elektrische aansluitdozen kan randapparatuur op een snelle manier aangesloten worden wat de inrichting zeer universeel maakt. Het geheel kan modulair opgebouwd worden zodanig dat de tandarts naar eigen behoefte de inrichting kan assembleren.

De uitvinding bestaat hoofdzakelijk uit een tandheelkundige inrichting en een daartoe aangepaste aanhangwagen.
De inrichting bestaat uit een rollend platform waarop een stoel gemonteerd is, een zitinrichting genaamd, een gesloten watercircuit, een spuugbak en een afzuigslang, een afzuiginrichting genaamd. Een geluidsisolerende kast bevat een afzuigmotor en een compressor. Een unit met instrumenten wordt via een snelkoppeling aangesloten op de compressor. Het geïntegreerde watercircuit is voorzien van een waterpomp,'die aan het elektriciteitsnet gekoppeld dient te worden. De afzuigmotor wordt aan het platform aangesloten door middel van een snelkoppeling teneinde de afzuigslang in werking te stellen.
Zowel de geluidsisolerende kast als het platform zijn voorzien van elektrische aansluitdozen, teneinde beide van stroom te voorzien. Door middel van één stekker die op het elektriciteitsnet dient aangesloten te worden, kan de volledige inrichting van stroom voorzien worden. In de geest van de uitvinding is het evident dat elke stroombron in aanmerking komt. De inrichting werkt dan ook op 24V vermits de veiligheid van de patiënt en de tandarts gewaarborgd dienen te worden. De aanhangwagen heeft hoofdzakelijk als doel de inrichting op een eenvoudige manier naar de plaats van bestemming te brengen. Het in- en uitladen van de inrichting wordt vereenvoudigd door gebruik te maken van een scharnierbaar platform. In de aanhangwagen zijn voorzieningen getroffen om de diverse onderdelen aan vast te maken en ervoor te zorgen dat er tijdens het transport geen verschuivingen plaatsvinden.
De uitvinding wordt vervolgens in detail uiteengezet aan de hand van de bijgevoegde figuren.
De uitvinding wordt beschreven aan de hand van diverse modules, maar het is evident in de geest van de uitvinding, dat sommige modules als een eenheid beschouwd kunnen worden.
Dit betekent dat de integratie van sommige onderdelen als een groter geheel geassembleerd kunnen'worden.
Een eerste module bestaat uit een platform(figuur 1) (1), dat voorzien is van blokkeerbare wielen (2) die bij voorkeur 360[deg.] roteerbaar zijn teneinde de stuurbaarheid te verbeteren. Op het platform (1) is er een stoel (3) gemonteerd. Deze is bij voorkeur een conventionele tandartsstoel, die verstelbaar is al naargelang de behandeling. De verstelbaarheid kan zowel mechanisch als hydraulisch, pneumatisch geregeld worden. Het is evident voor de vakman dat elk conventioneel mechanisme dat zowel de hoogte als de helling van de stoel kan regelen in aanmerking komt in de geest van deze uitvinding.
Een geïntegreerd gesloten watercircuit moet toelaten vers water te voorzien via een kraantje (4) en de spuugbak (5) en afvalwater, afkomstig van de spuugbak (5) op te vangen in een vat (6). De leidingen voor zowel de aan- als afvoer van het water zijn reeds op het platform aangebracht, zodanig dat door middel van koppelingen deze aangesloten kunnen worden op respectievelijk een reservoir met vers water (7), waarin een waterpomp (8) voorzien is en een reservoir met afvalwater (6). Elke koppeling die snel en efficiënt een aansluiting kan verzekeren komt hiervoor in aanmerking. De aan- en afvoer van het water wordt geregeld door elektroventielen. Op het platform is er eveneens een afzuigslang (9) voorzien. De afzuiging wordt bewerkstelligd door een afzuigmotor (10) die zich bij voorkeur in een geïsoleerde kast (11) bevindt.
Om de afzuiging te verwezenlijken is het platform voorzien van een koppeling om deze motor aan te sluiten. Er is een filterinrichting (12) bevestigd om het afvalwater van de schadelijke componenten zoals amalgaam te scheiden, alvorens deze in het vat op te vangen.
Elektrische stroom via aansluitdoos (13) is dus vereist voor zowel de waterpomp (8), de afzuiginrichting (9) als de werking van de elektroventielen en zonodig de zitinrichting.
Een tweede module is voorzien van een mobiel tandheelkundig instrumentenset (14), zoals een autoclaveerbare spuit, een airrotor,... Het is evident voor de vakman dat de voorgenoemde opsomming niet limitatief is en dat nog andere instrumenten in aanmerking komen. Een koppeling met een compressor (15), die zich bij voorkeur in een geluidsisolerende kast (11) bevindt, is voorzien. Een voetpedaal (16) is op zijn beurt aangesloten aan een aansluitdoos (17) die met behulp van een koppeling
(18) die in verbinding staat met de compressor.
De derde module bestaat uit een geluidsisolerende kast (11) waarin zich een afzuigmotor (10) en een compressor (15) bevinden. Er kan nog opbergruimte voorzien worden.De kast is voorzien van wieltjes. De afzuigmotor en de compressor worden van stroom voorzien door middel van een aansluitdoos (8) die verbonden is met de aansluitdoos (13) op de eerste module. De afzuigmotor is voorzien van een luchtafvoer (20).
Diverse mobiele toebehoren zoals rolmeubels, kleine apparatuur , sterilisator,... kunnen aan de uitvinding toegevoegd worden.
Een aangepaste aanhangwagen is voorzien van een laadplatform
(figuur 2)(21). Aan de buitenzijde bevinden zich uitschuifbare stabilisatiepoten(22), om de aanhangwagen te stabiliseren tijdens laden en lossen. Aan de binnenste wanden en op de bodem van de wagen zijn bevestigingspunten (23) voorzien die moeten toelaten dat de inrichting tijdens het transport niet kan verschuiven.
Wij menen nieuw en inventief te zijn met deze uitvinding, bestaande uit losse modules, voorzien van koppelingen die snel tot één geheel geassembleerd kunnen worden en waarbij slechts één toegangspunt tot het elektriciteitsnet vereist is met als doel tandheelkundige ingrepen ter plaatse bij de patiënt uit te voeren en op een zodanige manier dat de inrichting in een aangepaste aanhangwagen vervoerd kan worden.

Nowhere is a total concept offered for a complete mobile device, which is the case with the mobile dental device.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to overcome the foregoing problems.

By using quick connectors and electrical junction boxes, peripheral equipment can be connected in a quick way, which makes the device very universal. The whole can be constructed in a modular way such that the dentist can assemble the device according to his own needs.

The invention mainly consists of a dental device and a trailer adapted thereto.
The device consists of a rolling platform on which a chair is mounted, called a seating device, a closed water circuit, a spit tray and a suction hose, called a suction device. A sound-insulating cabinet contains a suction motor and a compressor. A unit with instruments is connected to the compressor via a quick coupler. The integrated water circuit is provided with a water pump that must be connected to the electricity grid. The suction motor is connected to the platform by means of a quick coupling to activate the suction hose.
Both the sound-insulating cabinet and the platform are equipped with electrical connection boxes in order to provide both with power. The entire device can be supplied with power by means of one plug that must be connected to the electricity grid. In the spirit of the invention, it is evident that any power source is eligible. The device therefore operates on 24V since the safety of the patient and the dentist must be guaranteed. The purpose of the trailer is primarily to bring the device to the place of destination in a simple manner. The loading and unloading of the device is simplified by using a hinged platform. Provisions have been made in the trailer to secure the various components and to ensure that no shifts take place during transport.
The invention is then explained in detail with reference to the accompanying figures.
The invention is described on the basis of various modules, but it is evident in the spirit of the invention that some modules can be considered as a unit.
This means that the integration of some components can be assembled as a larger whole.
A first module consists of a platform (Figure 1) (1), which is provided with lockable wheels (2) which are preferably rotatable 360 [deg.] In order to improve the steerability. To realize the suction, the platform is provided with a coupling to connect this motor. A filter device (12) is attached to separate the waste water from the harmful components such as amalgam before collecting it in the vessel.
Electrical power via connection box (13) is therefore required for both the water pump (8), the suction device (9) and the operation of the electro valves and, if necessary, the seating device.
A second module is provided with a mobile dental instrument set (14), such as an autoclavable syringe, an air rotor, ... It is obvious to the skilled person that the aforementioned list is not exhaustive and that other instruments are also eligible. A coupling with a compressor (15), which is preferably located in a sound-insulating cabinet (11), is provided. (18) connected to the compressor.
The third module consists of a sound-insulating cabinet (11) in which a suction motor (10) and a compressor (15) are located. Storage space can still be provided. The cabinet has wheels. The exhaust motor and the compressor are supplied with power by means of a connection box (8) which is connected to the connection box (13) on the first module. The exhaust motor is provided with an air outlet (20).
Various mobile accessories such as furniture, small equipment, sterilizer, ... can be added to the invention.
A modified trailer is equipped with a loading platform
(Figure 2) (21). Extendable stabilizing legs (22) are located on the outside to stabilize the trailer during loading and unloading. Fastening points (23) are provided on the inner walls and on the bottom of the trolley, which must allow the device to move during transport.
We believe to be new and inventive with this invention, consisting of separate modules, provided with couplings that can be assembled quickly into a whole and where only one access point to the electricity grid is required for the purpose of performing dental procedures on site at the patient. and in such a way that the device can be transported in an adapted trailer.
