<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
vergrendeling, we wij elektrisch vergrendelen.
Hierdoor zal men de vergrendeling in beweging brengen.
<Desc/Clms Page number 3>

Brief indication: safe electric locking system operating with a motor and solonoid.
The invention relates to a system for locking gates, doors, etc., with an electrical lock. The purpose of locking: is to lock a door, gate, shutters so that an area is securely closed, so that it becomes burglar-resistant. These can be monitored by security networks that go in and out, can even be linked to a fire room control room, etc. What becomes important is how can we make a good lock that goes far enough, and can be unlocked again without power in a burn phase, for example.
To date, all kinds of locks are present on the market that are electrically controlled.
The controlled locks generally work with a motor or with a solonoide. Electric locks that work with an engine are generally strong locks that can forcefully lock a door or gate. These can be found in IPC E05B45 with as effective examples, W003033845, with equivalents SE0103443, SE517764, Cited US6109674, US5531086, US5394718, DE19710834 and JP2003097107, CR2830563, US2003070458, etc ... This market has been on the rise in recent years. In this way, some of the above-mentioned electrical locks operate on the power of a solonoid. These are fast have many uses but have little power. Generally these electric locks have a small night bolt.
The innovative electric lock that we are going to discuss has many advantages. If we combine the forces and the right strengths to make certain manipulations possible. We can follow this description through the drawings in the appendices fig. 1,2, 3,4 and 5. With the following list:
1 is the drive, in this case an electric motor
2 solonoid provides contact between 3 & 5
3 worm gear
4 output of the lock
5 worm
6 spring
7 standard spring from the solonoide
8 ball bearing
9 pivot point We start with a simple variation: we lock (4) a movable part against the existing situation with motor (1) and unlock (4) with a motor (1). From the moment one closes an opening, the motor (1) can be activated by a magnetic contact or other.
It locks (4) with force until the motor (1) receives a signal to stop running. This can be achieved by, for example, a microswitch. With a signal, the motor (1) will unlock the lock (4) in the opposite direction. The transmission of the motor (1) with the mechanism is effected with a worm (5) and a worm gear (3). The more force the motor (1) has, the stronger the lock (4) will be. This is a simple principle so that we can lock in 2 places. In most cases this is done with a manual one
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
locking, we we electrically lock. The advantages of working with a worm and a worm wheel are the following: A worm turns the worm wheel, the reverse is not possible, one cannot turn the worm by turning the worm wheel.
In this case the worm remains stuck and the motor is not loaded. This gives the advantage that we will work with springs (6) without the motor (1) turning back, which gives us the following results: We are going to be the motor (1) worm (5) of the worm gear (3) so that without power at all times, the lock (4) opens or closes via a spring (6). we lock and unlock via the motor (1). During the fire phase it is possible that the power is cut off, or one wants to control the lock (4) from a control room, with this the lock (4) will unlock.
We make a linear whole of the motor (1) and the worm (5) (fig. 1), this is hinged over its total length. The solonoid (2) ensures that the total (motor and worm) starts to move. In this case the motor will forcefully lock and unlock, with the solonoid (2) we will disengage so that the mechanism comes into its starting position and the electric lock is unlocked without power. We pull the linear whole (motor and worm) with the solonoid (2) in a position so that the worm and its worm gear come into contact with each other. For this, the solonoid (2) will be 100% loaded and will ensure that the worm and its worm gear remain in contact as long as there is power. In this way the motor (1) can do work, lock and unlock according to the control it controls.
In the event of a power failure or with an impulse from a control room or other, the solonoid (2) will fall without power and the worm (5) will disengage the worm gear (3). The electric lock will be unlocked by a spring (6).
The reverse can also be locked, for example, for burglary-resistant, if we change the spring by a push spring or the tension spring changes places. The solonoid (2) attracts the linear whole (worm and motor). The motor (1) can lock or unlock. If, in the event of a burglary, someone cuts through the power supply, the solonoid (2) will fall out of power and disconnect the worm from its worm gear, with the spring ensuring that a lock is effected. We create an electric lock with different applications.
The connection of the worm with the worm gear can be viewed in different ways. See (fig. 1) and (fig. 5), here we see 2 different applications of disconnection, the first (fig. 1) is hinged at its length at 2 points, in a second case (fig. 5) the total (worm and motor) around an axis hinged at 1 point. We can also realize other applications by placing the motor (1) in a fixed place and the outgoing rotating shaft with a crankshaft. In this way only the worm (5) For example, the solonoid (2) will require less force to provide a coupling between the worm (5) the worm wheel (3).
The lock (4) can also be viewed in different ways, see (Fig. 3). The lock (4) on 2 sides is locked by the movement of the worm gear (3). This can turn a part of a round to the right and a part of a round to the left depends on the control. This will cause the lock to move. The larger the worm gear, the farther the lock can be brought.
To achieve a more solid whole, linear locking can also be used (4), see (Fig. 2). With an additional gear placed on the worm gear (3), you can lock linearly with less force. A
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
The advantage in this system is that you can make the lock as long as you want. In this way the lock (4) no longer has a limitation. These locks are especially applicable to gates, shutters, large doors, etc ... Rods are provided on the mechanism of the electric lock, so that we can make a lock at much greater distances. Locking blocks are made at the end of the bars, which determine the strength of the locking.
With this mechanism we can lock on 2 sides or on one side.
By working with 2 worm wheels (5) (fig. 4) it is also possible to make a strong lock for doors, so that we can achieve a secure lock by means of a dead bolt.
