Abstract

Systeem waarbij het bepalen van de offside, door middel van een zender te activeren bij het vertrek van de bal, een signaal verstuurt naar een ontvanger, die geactiveerd wordt bij het tijdstip wanneer een speler in de offside positie komt te staan en waarbij deze ontvanger in geactiveerde toestand in staat is om twee verschillende signalen te verwerken, die komen van de zenders die het vertrek van de bal bepalen van de twee tegen elkaar strijdende ploegen, tot elk een specifiek signaal.System in which the determination of the offside, by activating a transmitter at the departure of the ball, sends a signal to a receiver, which is activated at the time when a player enters the offside position and where this receiver enters activated state is able to process two different signals, coming from the transmitters that determine the departure of the ball from the two opposing teams, each to a specific signal.

  COMPLEET BEPALINGSSYSTEEM VAN DE OFFSIDE IN VOETBAL. 



  Bij de huidige systemen voor het bepalen van de offside is men in staat om met behulp van zenders en ontvangers de twee acties - het tijdstip van vertrek van de bal - het tijdstip dat een speler in de offside positie staat nauwkeurig te bepalen. 



  Normaal gaat als volgt te werk : Men heeft 2 ploegen, A en B A wordt gecontroleerd door een grensrechter AR die de lijn van de voorlaatste verdediger bepaalt en die zijn ontvanger en/of vibrator activeert indien een speler in de offside positie komt te staan Een balrechter AR' bepaalt het vertrek van de bal voor deze ploeg door een signaal te zenden naar de ontvanger van de grensrechter AR. 



  Is AR de eerste die zijn ontvanger en/ofzijn vibrator activeert dan geeft zijn vibrator een onmiddellijke reactie ofreageert hij enkel wanneer de bal vertrekt. 



  B wordt gecontroleerd door de grensrechter BR en de balrechter BR'. 



  Nochtans is er in de praktijk nog één zwak punt in het systeem en dit is bij een terugspeelbal. (dit is wanneer een speler de bal aan zijn eigen doelman ofeen medespeler terug speelt) Bij deze actie krijgt de grensrechter die de lijn van de voorlaatste verdediger hiervan geen signaal , dat moet ook niet, maar geschiedt deze fase juist nadat hij een signaal gekregen heeft dan kan dit tot verwarring zorgen doordat hij ook niet altijd het vertrek van de bal heeft ofhoeft te gezien en zal hij dus vlaggen voor offside , daar waar er zeker geen is .De scheidsrechter die in een betere positie staat kan deze beslissing negeren maar ondertussen brengt het bij de spelers en publiek een duidelijke verwarring. 



  Om dit te verhelpen heeft deze uitvinding voorzien dat de grensrechter AR bij het activeren van zijn ontvanger en/ofvibrator ook het signaal van de balrechter BR' kan ontvangen . Hierdoor krijgt AR' die bij een terugspeelbal een signaal dat verwerkt wordt tot een geluid, een licht of een onderbreking van een signaal of een ander herkenbaar signaal. 



  Zodoende is er voor de grensrechter geen twijfel meer mogelijk gezien hij nu voor elke mogelijke aangespeelde bal een specifiek signaal ontvangt indien zijn ontvanger en /of vibrator zich in actieve toestand bevindt Het systeem ziet er dus als volgt uit : (zie figuur 1) Ploeg A : witte bollen   Ploeg B : bollen   AR : grensrechter voor de aanvallende ploeg A AR' : balrechter voor de aanvallende ploeg A BR : grensrechter voor de aanvallende ploeg B BR' : balrechter voor de aanvallende ploeg B Balrechter is iemand die het vertrek van de bal waarneemt en hiervoor telkens een signaal doorstuurt met een zender.

  Grensrechter is iemand die bepaalt wanneer een speler in de offside positie komt te staan en die hiervoor zijn ontvanger activeert. 



  De zenders van ploeg A en B zenden een verschillend signaal uit die door elk van de ontvangers ,in het bezit van de grensrechters , kan ontvangen worden indien deze geactiveerd wordt. 



  Een speler van de ploeg A staat in de offside positie. 



  Grensrechter AR van de ploeg A (wit) bezit een vlaggenstok waarin zich 2 ontvangers bevinden, deze wordt nu geactiveerd en is instaat om : - het signaal van de balrechter AR' te kunnen ontvangen - of om het signaal van de balrechter BR' te kunnen ontvangen en waarbij één van de twee verwerkt wordt tot een specifiek signaal. 



  Wordt de bal nu aangespeeld door een ploegmaat van ploeg A( wit, zie volle lijn) dan zendt balrechter een signaal uit en wordt dit verwerkt door de ontvanger van AR , normaal tot een vibratie, in een ander systeem houdt de vibratie aan zolang deze speler in de offside positie blijft staan. 



  Wordt de bal door een speler van de ploeg B (zwart, zie lijn, punt ,lijn) terug gespeeld naar zijn doelman dan zendt de balrechter BR' een signaal naar ontvanger bij AR en wordt dit signaal verwerkt tot een specifiek signaal, hetzij een geluid of een onderbreking van een vibratie.

  To remedy this, the invention has provided that the linesman AR can also receive the signal from the linesman BR 'when activating his receiver and / or vibrator. As a result, AR 'which receives a signal from a playback ball is processed into a sound, a light or an interruption of a signal or another recognizable signal.



  Thus there is no longer any doubt for the linesman as he now receives a specific signal for every possible played ball if his receiver and / or vibrator is in the active state. CONCLUSIONS 1.
