DESCRIPTION PROCEDE D'AFFICHAGE DE L'HEURE PERMETTANT D'OBTENIR DES SUPPORTS LUDIQUES,
A titre d'exemple
<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
Exemple 2
12 H 02 TO EAT - MANGER
12 H 03 TO SLEEP- DORMIR
<Desc/Clms Page number 3>

DESCRIPTION OF A METHOD FOR DISPLAYING THE TIME FOR OBTAINING PLAYING MEDIA,
PEDAGOGIC AND ADVERTISING. the present invention relates to a system for displaying the time.
Since always, individuals have to deal with periods of waiting and / or inactivity,. In a waiting room for example, 'hour is displayed by a clock which is the subject of frequent attention although little sustained. These clocks and the corresponding display, p. e. liquid crystal, are more and more frequently of the electronic type.
Other media provide time by electronic means: watches, cell phones, personal computers.
The time that elapses seems long and has no extrinsic utility. The present invention consists in giving a real utility, in the passing time, by associating the display of the time with batches of information "denser" appearing consecutively and synchronized with the hours and / or the minutes.
Thus, over 24 hours, there are 1440 minutes. According to one embodiment, each minute can be associated information, for example of a historical nature, preferably directly related to the hour and the minute displayed.
For exemple
07h 54 start of Pearl Harbor attack
08:15 am Hiroshima atomic bomb explosion
15h 02 Napoleon's death These specific messages come from a memory and are displayed during the duration of the minute concerned. There are therefore 1440 messages in memory, each associated with one minute of the day, and possibly also including the date of the event.
Another example
12H 01 Death of Mr. X (message appearing or scrolling at this minute)
12H 02 Birth of Mr. Y
12H 03 Birth of Mrs Z Every minute a new message appears.
One of the advantages of the invention is that distraction is provided to those waiting while looking at the time. It allows people to remember historical events and personalities. The invention therefore has an important educational aspect.
Indeed the wait time that passes perpetually offers educational support.
Thus, according to another aspect of the invention, it is proposed to replace the

events or major personalities by vocabulary of a foreign language.
Example 2
12 H 02 TO EAT - EAT
12 H 03 TO SLEEP- DORMIR
12 H 04 TO WRITE - WRITE So a person who wants to learn vocabulary in a foreign language to his own, can wear a watch or other object displaying the time (cell phone, computer etc).
The clock can be that of a car, viewed in a traffic jam or over long distances on motorways. In some cases, the clock may be associated with a sound message, e.g. e. for the pronunciation.
As the waiting time accumulated, with almost no effort the user will master p. e. 1440 words or verbs or expressions.
In this embodiment, the algorithm can provide for "randomization", desynchronization of the messages or an offset, so that the messages are displayed at least in part (statistically or not, at given periods of a day). (nightday, morning-noon-evening).
Finally, the invention can also be considered advertising material.
Examples 3
12 H 02 Product x wash more white
12 h 03 y Drink refreshed
12 H 04 Z automobile is comfortable and beautiful Industrial application: This new material of course has many possible industrial applications. Indeed one can conceive cell phones with this material, which moreover could be flexible; effect a cell phone operator can using his network send information to the cell phone clock of one or more of his customers.
It can combine this material by adding a random program that would display random advertising messages among other messages of a historical, fun or educational nature.
The invention can also be modulated by its user who can add events that he deems important.
The invention is illustrated by the appended scheme. A central unit of
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
control is connected to a counter circuit, an LCD display, an external connection entity (keyboard) and a database including the messages to be displayed. A simple program associates with each minute display information extracted from said database.
The central control unit allows the synchronization of the counter circuit and the data register, according to a simple association or a pre-programmed algorithm, and to send the associated data on the LCD display or 7 segments. It also allows you to update the data registry.
