Abstract

The driving mechanism is composed of a reduction motor (M) placed in a sealed compartment (C). The motor output shaft drives a coupling plate (PL) which pulls the shutter cylinder. An auxiliary bearing is composed of a metal tube, a sliding collar (B) and a lateral locking wedge (T). The cylinder support (A) is composed of a standard metal pipe.

  DESCRIPTION Mécanisme d'entraînement de volet de piscine réalisé à partir de tuyaux standards : Le mécanisme est composé de 3 éléments principaux:
Le cylindre support du volet. 



   Le palier moteur. 



   Le palier auxiliaire. 



  Le palier moteur comprend : un moto-réducteur placé dans un compartiment étanche. 



   L'axe de sortie entraîne un plateau à taquets qui va tracter le cylindre du volet. Ce compartiment sert de palier à la bague de glissement. 



   Un support
Une bague de glissement. 



  Le cylindre support comprend:
Un tuyau avec un disque intérieur d'entraînement. 



  Le palier auxiliaire comprend:
Un tuyau en Inox qui sert de palier à la bague de glissement. 



   Une bague de glissement. 



   Un support. 



   Une cale de blocage latéral ajustable L'ensemble peut être inséré dans une piscine existante sans nécessairement démonter des margelles En effet, on retire la cale de blocage et alors le palier auxiliaire peut pénétrer environ   15mm   de manière à avoir un ensemble plus étroit. 



  Cette rétraction est suffisante pour permettre le glissement par un mouvement de rotation horizontale du mécanisme introduit de travers dans la piscine. Après fixation des supports aux parois de la piscine, . Il suffit de replacer la cale de blocage en l'ajustant éventuellement de façon à laisser quelques millimètres de jeu permettant une dilatation éventuelle du cylindre.

  Le cylindre support est composé de: 
Un tuyau standard en métal. 



   Un disque soudé permet l'accouplement et l'entraînement. 



  Les deux bagues (B) ont un épaulement permettant une localisation latérale de celles-ci. Toutes les parties métalliques peuvent être en INOX 316L.
