Bouton d'Attache à Mécanisme Interne L'invention concerne le bouton comme système d'attache dans toutes les applications connues.
Usuellement, le bouton est utilisé conjointement avec une boutonnière ou associé à un tenon entrant dans le corps du bouton et maintenu en place par la pression interne exercée par un système qui coince la tête de ce tenon entre deux lamelles ou barres d'acier.
Un bouton associé à une boutonnière présente l'inconvénient d'être habituellement retenu par un fil cousu en son centre, que l'usage fini par détériorer, entraînant la perte du bouton et le remplacement de ce fil. En outre, le passage répété du bouton dans la boutonnière fini par déformer celle-ci ce qui entraîne un travail de couture à plus ou moins longue échéance. A l'inverse, quand celle-ci est neuve, le passage du bouton est difficile. L'utilisation du système bouton/boutonnière est délicate et laborieuse pour les jeunes enfants comme pour les personnes âgées ; un inconvénient que pour les uns, l'usage finit par rendre habituel mais toujours présent, et pour les autres, une difficulté croissante.
C'est pourquoi la boutonnière, dans le système dit boutonpression, a été remplacée par un tenon, mais outre une mise en place peu aisée car il faut viser juste et le tenon est souvent d'un petit diamètre, l'utilisation de ce principe n'est pas destinée à des tractions un tant soit peu élevées.
La présente invention à pour but de remédier à ces inconvénients.

Les avantages obtenus grâce à cette intervention consistent essentiellement en ceci : - La mise en place du bouton sur le tenon, dont les dimensions pour l'un et le puits d'accès en forme d'entonnoir pour l'autre, ne demande que peu d'adresse et peut se faire de deux doigts en exerçant une légère poussée jusqu'à enclenchement du mécanisme. - Le déboutonnage est facilité car il ne demande qu'une légère pression de deux doigts sur la partie apparente des mâchoires, située sur les côtés du bouton. Par cette même pression, l'éjection du tenon hors du corps du bouton se fait par l'usage de talons éjecteurs dès que le blocage du tenon a cessé.
Il n'y n'a pas de manipulation malaisée comme exercer une pression sur les mâchoires tout en soulevant le bouton pour l'éloigner du tenon.
- Sécurité d'emploi car le tenon ne peut être dégagé qu'en exerçant une pression sur les deux mâchoires pour que le blocage cesse et que l'éjection se produise.
- La mise en place du bouton sur son support, demande le passage du puit d'accès à travers ce support, ensuite l'agrafage de la rondelle de maintien en son centre et sur les bords.
Un système de ressort met les mâchoires, avant et après pression sur les bords, en condition optimale d'utilisation.
- Enfin, ce bouton comme système d'attache à mécanisme interne, dans son usage normal et courant, est accessible à tout un chacun du fait de sa simplicité d'utilisation.

La figure 1 représente en vue de dessus, un bouton comme système d'attache réalisé conformément à la présente invention, dans lequel le dessus du corps a été enlevé de manière à laisser apparaître le détail du mécanisme de mâchoires.
La figure 2 représente une vue en coupe de l'ensemble du bouton comprenant le corps principal avec détail du mécanisme, la rondelle de maintien afférente, le tenon et la rondelle de maintien correspondante.

In addition, the repeated passage of the button in the buttonhole ends up deforming it, which results in sewing work in the more or less long term. Conversely, when it is new, the passage of the button is difficult. The use of the button / buttonhole system is delicate and laborious for young children as for the elderly; a disadvantage that for some, the use ends up making habitual but always present, and for the others, an increasing difficulty.
This is why the buttonhole, in the so-called push button system, has been replaced by a tenon, but in addition to an awkward installation since it is necessary to aim precisely and the tenon is often of a small diameter, the use of this principle is not intended for slightly elevated pull ups.

There is no awkward manipulation like exerting pressure on the jaws while lifting the button away from the post.
