Abstract

The device (10) is equipped with cylinder shaped rotating brushes (4) that are driven by electric motors (7) and are covered with a cap (11) under which ten high-pressure sprayers (5) with disinfectant agents (6) are fitted. The device is also equipped with an endless chain (2) upon which the grids (1) are placed, a delay unit (14), water containers (8), wheels (9), supporting feet (12) and a high-pressure pump (15).<IMAGE>

  Instalatie met cilindervormige draaiborstels voor het reinigen van pluimveeroosters. 



  De uitvinding heeft betrekking op een instalatie met cilindervormige draaiborstels voor het reinigen van pluimveeroosters welke voorzien is van wielen waardoor ze voortgetrokken kan worden door een voertuig. 



  Tot op heden worden de roosters met de hand gereinigd of met hogedruksproeireinigers en zelfs met andere hulpmiddelen. Deze systemen voldoen niet aan de hedendaagse vereisten van snel en grondig de roosters te reinigen en te ontsmetten. 



  Het doel van deze uitvinding is een instalatie te verschaffen welke snel en efficient de pluimvee- roosters kan reinigen en ontsmetten met een zeer geringe hoeveelheid water. 



  Ter bereiking van dit doel wordt overeenkomstig de uitvinding in de eerste plaats voorgesteld dat de roosters achtereenvolgens op de ketting worden gelegd om vervolgens te worden geborsteld door de draaiborstels, met de waterspcoeiers gesproeid en met ontsmettingsmiddelen behandeld om uiteindelijk aan de overzijde te worden afgenomen van het af-   neembare verlengstuk.

  Bij voorkeur wordt volgens de uitvinding een ketting zonder einde voorzien waarop de roosters komen te liggen en bij de gewenste snelheid door een dwarsligger worden gegrepen en voortgetrokken. nvereenkomstig de uitvinding verdient het sterk de voorkeur dat de roosters door twee cilindervormige draaiborstels, boven-en onderzijde van de rooster, die in tegengestelde richting van de ketting draaibaar zijn, worden gereinigd. 



  Door volgens de uitvinding gebruik te maken van een tiental hogedruksproeiers met ontsmettingsmiddelen is de behandeling   vnn   de roosters afgewerkt. 



  Verder is tevens op voordeelbiedende wijze de instalatie voorzien van elektrische motoren voor de aandrijving, een vertragingskast, een hogedrukpomp, wielen en steunvoeten. 



  Onder verwijzing naar de bij de tekening weerge- geven uitvoeringsvoorbeeld zal de instalatie volgens de uitvinding thans nader worden toegelicht. 



  Bij de in de tekening weergegeven uitvoeringsvorm is een aantal voor een goede werking van de con- structie onmisbare doch ter verduidelijking van de onderhavige uitvinding overbodige details weg- gelaten.

  Hieronder vallen ondermeer middelen voor het boren en lassen van een aantal onderdelen, terwijl een aantal onderdelen als   een   geheel zijn weergegeven. 



  De weergegeven figuur is voorzien van een instalatie (10) waarop een ketting zonder einde (2) is aangebracht waarop de roosters   (1)   komen te liggen om door dwarsliggers (3) te worden gegrepen. 



  De cilindervormige draaiborstels (4) reinigen de roosters   (1)   en een tiental hogedruksproeiers (5) werken de habdeling af. De elektrische motoren (7) zijn voorzien evenals waterbakken (8) wielen (9) steunvoeten (12) en een hogedrukpomp (15).

  The invention relates to an installation with cylindrical rotating brushes for cleaning poultry grills which is provided with wheels through which it can be pulled by a vehicle.



  To date, the gratings are cleaned by hand or with high-pressure spray cleaners and even with other aids. These systems do not meet the current requirements of quickly and thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the gratings.



  The object of this invention is to provide an installation which can quickly and efficiently clean and disinfect the poultry grids with a very small amount of water.



  In order to achieve this object, it is proposed in accordance with the invention that the gratings be placed successively on the chain to be subsequently brushed by the rotary brushes, sprayed with the water sprayers and treated with disinfectants to eventually be removed from the opposite side removable extension.

  According to the invention, an endless chain is preferably provided on which the gratings come to lie and are gripped and pulled by a cross-member at the desired speed. In accordance with the invention, it is highly preferred that the gratings be cleaned by two cylindrical rotating brushes, top and bottom of the gratings, which are rotatable in the opposite direction of the chain.
