DOUBLE DIAMETER PISTON HYDRAULIC ENERGY PUMPING SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a pumping system for pumping all types of liquids.
The energy which makes this system work is transmitted by a liquid contained in a pipe which joins at the level of the liquid to pump a second pipe by which the dewatering will be done. This energy can be supplied by any source capable of creating pressure on the liquid. The movement of the liquid from the first pipe is limited by the stroke of a double-diameter piston. The entire system is filled with the liquid to be pumped before the pump is activated.
A vertical section of the receiving system of this pump accompanies this text.
The upper part of the pumping system includes a piston which moves in the pipe (or any other source of pressure). The bottom of this pipe 1 joins a cylinder 2 in which the double-diameter piston 3 can move. When this piston 3 moves under the effect of the pressure created using the energy supplied, the large larger diameter piston 3 drives the pumped liquid upwards, while liquid is pumped by the valve 4 through the strainer 5 into the large cylinder 6. When the hydraulic pressure ceases to be applied to the piston 3, the latter descends thanks when the valve 7 operates and the pump is ready for a new liquid pumping cycle.
