  Titel van de uitvinding Ticket Houder : Beschrijving : De uitvinding is een gebruiksvoorwerp voor het bevestigen van parkeertickets en dergelijke aan de voorruit van een voertuig zodat ze ten alle tijden zichtbaar en controleerbaar zijn. 



  Wanneer een voertuig gepaarkeerd wordt op een plaats waar het verplicht is een parkeerticket te kopen en dit zichtbaar achter de voorruit te plaatsen durft het probleem zich nogal eens voordoen dat het ticket zodanig geplaatst wordt dat er (het zij door windverplaatsing, het dicht-   slaan   van deuren, het wegschuiven in bv. de verwarmingsgrillen enz... ) bij controle door de bevoegde diensten verwarring, discusie of zelfs een boete volgt. 



  Rondvraag bij diverse politiediensten heeft geleerd dat dit een bestaand en vervelend probleem is dat zich dagelijks stelt. 



  Om al deze ongemakken te vermijden zullen de bestuurders van de voertuigen de Ticket Houder gebruiken. De uitvinding heeft dus tot doel het verplichte ticket op een duidelijk leesbare manier te bevestigen. 



  Daarentegen kan de Ticket Houder zodanig bevestigd worden aan de voorruit dat het nooit of te nimmer storend zal werken op de bestuurder van het voertuig. Bij voorkeur zal de Ticket Houder links of rechts onderaan tegen de voorruit gekleefd worden. Niettemin kan de gebruiker de Ticket Houder bevestigen op eender welke plaats naar zijn keuze aan de voorruit. 



  De uitvinding heeft een onuitputtelijke vorm van commercialisering voor reclamedoeleinden en dit zowel aan de binnen-en/of buitenkant van de Ticket Houderr. Hiervoor kan zonder enig probleem elke vorm van bedrukking toegepast worden De Ticket Houder kan daarenboven bijzonder geschikt vervaardigd worden uit polypropyleen, PVC, plexiglas enz... ; zowel mat, glanzend doorschijnend, doorzichtig of ineender welke kleur. 



  Dit vooral met het oog op een grote diversiteit in fabricage en materiaalkosten.

 Door zijn specifieke uitvoeringsvorm wordt de Ticket Houder op de plaats waar het ticket bevestigd wordt tussen de 1 en de 5 graden omgebogen zodat het ticket op een eenvoudige manier tussen de voorruit en het omgebogen deel Ticket Houder kan geschoven   worden (zie illustratie). De   vlakke voor-en/of achterkant van de Ticket Houder kan perfekt gebruikt worden voor reclamedoeleinden en of verfraaiingen. De vlakke zijden zullen na een eventuele bedrukking voorzien worden van een permanente lijmlaag, een dubbeizijdige polyesteren kleefband of een aanverwant kleefmiddel met   als belangrijkste   eigenschap dat ze zowel warmte en koudebestendig   zijn (-200C   tot   +l OOOC).   



  Verdere aspecten van de uitvinding zoals z'n specifieke vormgeving en afmetingen, worden in onderstaande alinea, tevens als in de bijgesloten tekening uiteengezet. Deze dienen echter niet als een beperking te worden beschouwd van de uitvinding zoals hierboven en in de   bijgeslo-   ten conclusies beschreven. 



  Zo zijn de specifieke vormgeving en afmetingen van de Ticket Houder geen   essentiele   kenmerken van de uitvinding. Met name kan de uitvinding naargelang de vraag een andere vorm (vb : hartvorm, ovaal, rond enz... ) aannemen. Ook kunnen andere verhoudingen van de afmetingen voorzien worden die aangepast zijn aan bv. de vorm en grootte van bepaalde soorten tickets, of aan de specifieke wensen van de gebruiker van de Ticket Houder.

  To avoid all these inconveniences, the drivers of the vehicles will use the Ticket Holder. The invention therefore has for its object to confirm the mandatory ticket in a clearly legible manner.



  On the other hand, the Ticket Holder can be attached to the windshield in such a way that it will never, ever be disruptive to the driver of the vehicle. The Ticket Holder will preferably be stuck to the windshield on the left or bottom right. Nevertheless, the user can attach the Ticket Holder to any location of his choice on the windshield.



  The invention has an inexhaustible form of commercialization for advertising purposes, both on the inside and / or outside of the Ticket Holder. Any kind of printing can be applied for this without any problem. The Ticket Holder can also be made particularly suitable from polypropylene, PVC, Plexiglas etc ...; both matt, translucent, translucent or in any color.



  This mainly with a view to a large diversity in manufacturing and material costs.
