  L'intervention concerne : une conception hermétique et submersible du bloc moteur pour mixer, afin de le rendre submersible. 



  Application : Réduire et mélanger des produits liquides, semi-liquides et morceaux de solide à dissoudre dans un produit liquide ou semi-liquide. 



  Cela en milieu soit alimentaire, soit non alimentaire. 



  Convient dans :

 des récipients cylindriques, ou arrondis, dont le dessus est ouvert ou pourvu d'un couvercle s'ouvrant à min. 45 . 



  Capacité : de +/-50 à +/-300 litres (suivant la forme du récipient) Température d'emploi : de 0 à +   100 C.   



    Inconvénient re ! evé   sur les mixers similaires disponibles à ce iour : Mauvaise étanchéité, avec passage possible de vapeur vers le moteur ; ou construction avec pièces en aluminium, mauvaise étanchéité de l'axe, difficulté de nettoyage, mauvaise stabilité.

   Double étanchéité de la flasque supérieure et inférieure, avec soudure complète du tube d'alimentation électrique, et contrôle après fabrication + étanchéité d'axe par bourrage mécanique protégé et adapté à l'application.
