Abstract

A ballpoint pen comprising a pen body, a pedestal for a figurine ordecorative object fixed to the upper extremity of the body of the pen, amounting holding a figurine or a decorative object, an actuation button tomove into a vertical groove guided in the mounting of the decorative object,and a spring disposed in the guiding groove and in contact with the actuatingbutton, in which the transparent tube departs from the decorative objectpassing through an elongated guide orifice presented by said latter at thetime the actuating button is pressed in order to compress the spring.

   DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE DE LA FORME DE CONSTRUCTION PREFERENTIELLE 
Comme indiqué dans les figures 1 et 2, l'invention comprend d'une manière générale un stylo 1, une monture 2 pour figurine ou objet décoratif, et un objet décoratif 3. La monture 2 est attachée à l'extrémité supérieure du stylo 1 pour maintenir l'objet décoratif 3. L'objet décoratif 3 peut avoir la forme d'un ange ou toute une série d'autres formes. La monture 2 est de forme cylindrique et se compose de deux coquilles symétriques de section semi-circulaire 21 et 22. La coquille semi-circulaire 21 ou 22 comprend une rainure de guidage 211 sustantiellement en forme de U. La rainure de guidage 211 présente une extrémité qui se termine en un orifice débouchant 212, et une extrémité opposée constituant un réceptacle vertical 215.

   Une cloison 213 est ménagée dans l'angle de la rainure de guidage en forme de U 211, afin de soutenir un ressort de compression 214 logé dans le réceptacle vertical 215 de la rainure de guidage en forme de U 211. Un tuyau flexible et transparent 23 passe dans un orifice de guidage 31 ménagé à la base de l'objet décoratif 3. L'une des extrémités de ce tuyau est insérée dans la rainure de guidage 211 par l'orifice 212, puis au-travers du ressort de compression 214 et raccordée à la tige de guidage 241 d'un bouton d'actionnement 24, qui dépasse du réceptacle vertical 215 de la monture 2 pour objet décoratif par une étroite glissière verticale 216. Les extrémités inférieures 217 et 221 des coquilles semi-circulaires 21 et 22 présentent un filetage externe afin d'en permettre la fixation, par raccords filetés, à l'extrémité supérieure du stylo 1. 



   Comme le montre la figure 3A, lorsque le ressort de compression 214 n'est pas comprimé, la tige de guidage 241 du bouton d'actionnement 24 se trouve en position haute, et

 donc le tuyau transparent 23 se trouve à l'intérieur de l'objet décoratif 3 et de la monture à objet décoratif 2. 



   Comme le montre la figure 3B, lorsque la tige de guidage 241 est abaissée au moyen du bouton d'actionnement 24 pour comprimer le ressort de compression 214, le tuyau transparent 23 est rapidement expulsé de l'objet décoratif 214, imitant ainsi l'évacuation d'urine par le corps. Lorsque le bouton d'actionnement 24 est relâché, le ressort de compression 214 reprend aussitôt sa forme initiale, pour rappeler le tuyau transparent 23 à l'intérieur.

The invention relates to a pen comprising, at its upper end, a figurine or decorative object, a transparent pipe actuated by a sliding actuation button, and a spring allowing said pipe to enter the decorative object and get out.

   DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERENTIAL CONSTRUCTION FORM
As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the invention generally comprises a pen 1, a frame 2 for a figurine or decorative object, and a decorative object 3. The frame 2 is attached to the upper end of the pen 1 to maintain the decorative object 3. The decorative object 3 can have the shape of an angel or a whole series of other shapes. The mount 2 is cylindrical in shape and consists of two symmetrical shells of semi-circular section 21 and 22. The semi-circular shell 21 or 22 comprises a guide groove 211 substantially U-shaped. The guide groove 211 has a end which ends in a through hole 212, and an opposite end constituting a vertical receptacle 215.

   A partition 213 is formed in the corner of the U-shaped guide groove 211, in order to support a compression spring 214 housed in the vertical receptacle 215 of the U-shaped guide groove 211. A flexible and transparent pipe 23 passes through a guide hole 31 formed at the base of the decorative object 3. One end of this pipe is inserted into the guide groove 211 through the hole 212, then through the compression spring 214 and connected to the guide rod 241 of an actuating button 24, which protrudes from the vertical receptacle 215 of the frame 2 for decorative object by a narrow vertical slide 216. The lower ends 217 and 221 of the semi-circular shells 21 and 22 have an external thread in order to allow attachment thereof, by threaded connections, to the upper end of the pen 1.



   As shown in FIG. 3A, when the compression spring 214 is not compressed, the guide rod 241 of the actuation button 24 is in the high position, and

 therefore the transparent pipe 23 is located inside the decorative object 3 and the decorative object frame 2.



   As shown in FIG. 3B, when the guide rod 241 is lowered by means of the actuation button 24 to compress the compression spring 214, the transparent pipe 23 is quickly expelled from the decorative object 214, thus imitating the evacuation of urine through the body. When the actuation button 24 is released, the compression spring 214 immediately returns to its initial shape, to recall the transparent pipe 23 inside.

Claims

CLAIMS 1. Pen comprising: - a pen body provided with a writing element; - a decorative object having, in the lower part, an oblong guide orifice; - a frame for figurine or decorative object, fixed to one end of the aforementioned pen body, said frame having a U-shaped guide groove, one end of which communicates with one of the ends of the guide orifice oblong shape of said decorative object, and the opposite end of which ends in a vertical receptacle, a partition provided at the lower end of the vertical receptacle, cited above, and a narrow vertical slide communicating with said vertical receptacle; - A spring housed in the aforementioned vertical receptacle, and resting on said partition;

- An actuating button, outside the frame for decorative object, aforementioned, and provided with a guide rod inserted in the receptacle, aforementioned, through said vertical slide; and a transparent pipe housed in the oblong guide orifice of said decorative object, and one of the ends of which is inserted into the U-shaped guide groove of the aforementioned decorative object frame and into the spring, and attached to the guide rod of said actuation button; which allows, when the aforementioned actuation button is lowered in order to compress said spring, the expulsion of the transparent pipe out of said decorative object, through the oblong guide orifice presented by the decorative object. <Desc / Clms Page number 5>

2. Pen according to claim 1, in which said decorative object frame consists of two symmetrical elements attached to said pen body by a threaded connection.
