Abstract

The long handle allows use of the umbrella (parasol) without fatigue in thearms: the effort for carrying it being on the shoulder attachment. Theattachment at waist level makes it possible to temporarily use the umbrella(parasol) hands-free. By virtue of the long handle, the umbrella (parasol)can also be attached to a baby carriage or pram, for example (Figure 4 (1 and2)).

Description

   <Desc/Clms Page number 1>

Long-handled umbrella (parasol) with a shoulder attachment and a belt-level attachment.

The invention relates to an umbrella handle (a) long a) of a piece. b) telescopic. c) in several parts. with a sliding shoulder attachment and a belt-level attachment system.

Protection of individuals against rain and sun has long been ensured by a canvas cut in bundles and stretched by a system of flexible metal blades (ribs) controlled by a sliding ring on the handle.

In these models, the handle has an average length

 - 0,80 m pole. Under these conditions, the use of an umbrella or parasol must be done using the folded or bent support arm.

In addition, it cannot, at any time, be released by the hand.

The present invention overcomes these drawbacks, on the one hand, and has advantages on the other.

The invention, as characterized in the claims, eliminates the problem of fatigue caused by an ordinary umbrella (parasol).

In addition, thanks to the assembly: shoulder attachment and belt attachment, the hand can be temporarily released to carry a bag

provisionally, open a door or a door, cheer during an outdoor show (sport, culture).

Finally, thanks to the long handle, you can very easily attach the umbrella (parasol) to a golf cart or a baby carriage.

In the latter case, the advantage is certain: a survey of a few dozen women demonstrated this unambiguously.

The invention is described below in more detail using sketches representing only one embodiment.
