Abstract

Une unité de contrôle (10) saisit les données d'analyse provenant de l'instrument (2) et détermine si les données d'analyse proviennent d'un échantillon actif tels ceux provenant d'un fournisseur de lait ou sont un échantillon standard utilisé pour l'échantilonnage de l'instrument (2). Si l'échantillon est un échantillon standard, l'unité de contrôle (10) envoie les écarts d'étalonnage à un enregistreur à piste (14) et à une VDU (15), si bien que l'étalonnage de l'instrument (2) peut être surveillé d'une manière pendant l'analyse d'un lot d'échantillons (3). Si l'écart d'étalonnage est excessif, l'unité de contrôle (10) déclenche l'instrument (2) pour éviter de devoir répéter le travail et le risque de produire des donneés d'analyse erronées. De plus, l'unité de contrôle (10) compare les données d'analyse d'échantillons actifs avec les données historiques telles que celles provenant du lait fourni antérieurement par un fournisseur déterminé. Un message est affiché sur la VDU (15) si la différence est en dehors d'une gamme de tolérances.
