Patents Act 1990 COMPLETE SPECIFICATION PETTY PATENT APPLICATION INVERTED HOLDERS KITCHEN ACCESSORY The invention is described in the following statement, including the best method of performing it known to me: INVERTED HOLDERS KITCHEN ACCESSORY This invention relates to inverted holders, more specifically, a kitchen accessory.
This invention is targeted for people who do not have time to waste or money to waste. Ever stood there for ages with products such as sauce, mustards, honey, salad dressings, to name but a few, upside down trying to access the last remaining product.
These problems are overcome by the present invention which is an inverted holder designed in material which can accommodate two different size tops/lids and enables you to store the above products upside down, therefore eliminating the above problem.
This invention is multi purpose. The key distinguishing feature of this invention is the inverted point enabling the product to be stored inverted.
The other key feature is that there are mainly only two size holes that bottles fit into, from deodorants to the honey bottle. We have designed this product to accommodate both these sizes, therefore covering the majority of the market. There is one other size, but is rare to come across.
This invention also allows it to be portable and is compact and flexible, allowing easy storage for travel.
This-inverted holder may be made from Polypropylene or any similar material; its aesthetic look makes it attractive to not only use in the kitchen, but also in the-bathroom and bedroom as well.
To assist with understanding the invention, reference will now be made to the accompanying drawings which show an example of the invention explained above.
FIG. 1 shows an example of a side view of the inverted holder with the removable keepers.
FIG. 2 shows an example of a side view of the inverted holder demonstrating the application of the product.
Referring to FIG. 1, shows a side view of the inverted holder. The inverted holder is made from some form of Polypropylene or similar material and is injection moulded. It has a inner and outer lip which holds the removable keepers 2 inplace. The removable keepers 2 are made from EVA closed foam or Silicon rubber or similar material.
The product is pushed inverted through the hole 1 of the inverted holder where it is firmly grasped by the removable keepers 2. This enables the product to be held in a stableposition.
This product can be used in the kitchen and it has been designed to fit inside the side of a fridge door. It can be used to store in the pantry and can be used for bathroom purposes.
The removable keepers 2 fit snugly inside the inverted holder and are two different sizes which are interchangeable.
Both ends 3 are enclosed for aesthetic reasons, but can be left open if so desired.
Referring to FIG. 2, the side view of the inverted holder demonstrating the application of the product. The bottle 4 of product is pushed inverted through the hole 1 of the inverted holder where it is firmly grasped by the removable keepers 2. This enables the product to be held in a stable position.
Both ends3 are enclosed for aesthetic reasons, but can be left open if so desired.
The kitchen-inverted holder through the hole 1 can only store product in the inverted position for easy usage and storage. The kitchen-inverted holder can be made to enable you to store a minimum of two containers and can be used on a commercial and domestic level.
The depth would be enough to provide stability to the product stored in it.
Claims (2)
- 2. A container holder as claimed in claim i, wherein said opening includes an aperture formed in said wall portion and a resilient ring that is mounted in said aperture.
