SPECIFICATION
TITLE OF THE INVENTION MAGNETIC THERAPEUTIC APPLIANCE SET Technical Field This Invention relates to a magnetic therapeutic appliance set in which a certain number of magnetic therapeutic appliances are packed as a product, and more particularly, to a magnetic therapeutic e 10 appliance set, packing several mounting papers on which several magnetic therapeutic appliances are affixed, which is put to the market.
see* Background Art An adhesion type magnetic therapeutic appliance has a structure in which a pressure element formed of a permanent magnet is affixed on a sticking face of an adhesive tape, and exerts, on a human body surface, pressure and a magnetic field produced by the pressure element by pushing it on the human body surface and fixing it with an adhesive tape, thereby alleviating condition such as stiffness.
20 When the adhesion type magnetic therapeutic appliances are supplied to the market, the product is formulated by packing in a package a certain number of mounting papers each on which several magnetic therapeutic appliances are detachably fixed.
When installing a magnetic therapeutic appliance on a human body, a user peels off the magnetic therapeutic appliance from a 2 mounting paper, and then affixes it on a portion of stiffness or on an acupuncture point.
As to be used magnetic therapeutic appliance peeled off from a human body surface, an adhesive tape can not be reused because the adhesiveness of the sticking face has reduced extremely, while a pressure element can be reused because its magnetic properties like magnetic field intensity has scarcely changed. However a user usually abandons the used magnetic therapeutic appliance and does not reuse a pressure element. This is uneconomical and the resources are wasted.
Furthermore, when affixing a magnetic therapeutic appliance on a human body surface, it is not necessarily affixed accurately on an appropriate position but sometimes S 15 affixed on a position deviated from a portion of stiffness or an acupuncture point. When peeling off the magnetic therapeutic appliance from the human body surface, the adhesiveness of the adhesive tape has already been reduced, and if this magnetic therapeutic appliance is affixed again on the accurate position, it easily peels off from the human body surface.
In this way, a magnetic therapeutic appliance '".once affixed on a human body surface can not be reused and it is scrapped regardless of a time of use.
Disclosure of the Invention According to the present invention there is provided a magnetic therapeutic set comprising a package containing a plurality of adhesion type magnetic therapeutic appliances, each magnetic therapeutic appliance having a pressure element formed of a permanent magnet being affixed on a sticking face of an adhesive tape; characterised in that, one or more of first mounting papers on which a plurality of the magnetic therapeutic appliances are detachably fixed, and one or more of second mounting papers R on which a plurality of adhesive tapes for replacement are I I 3 detachably fixed are packaged as said set; each of said first and said second mounting papers is provided with a plurality of through-holes each of which has an outer shape larger than that of pressure element of the magnetic therapeutic appliance; in each through-hole position of the first mounting paper, each magnetic therapeutic appliance is fixed by detachably affixing the adhesive tape on the mounting paper in a manner such that the pressure element is inserted into the through-hole; in each through-hole position of the second mounting paper, an adhesive tape is fixed by detachably affixing the adhesive tape for replacement on the mounting paper, and on the sticking face of the adhesive tape exposed in each through-hole, a peeling-off paper having same outer shape as the through-hole is detachably affixed.
:Accordingly, a used magnetic therapeutic appliance can be reused by replacing only a used adhesive tape with an adhesive tape for replacement, thereby making it economical and enabling to effectively utilise the resources.
Furthermore, if a magnetic therapeutic appliance is, affixed on a position deviated from an appropriate position, the affixed magnetic "N )0 e therapeutic appliance is peeled off and can be affixed on the appropriate position by replacing the used adhesive tape with an adhesive tape for replacement, thus useless consumption of a magnetic therapeutic appliance can be avoided.
In addition, the first mounting paper for fixing the magnetic therapeutic appliances and the second mounting paper for fixing the adhesive tapes for replacement are of the same shape and thus the same mounting paper can be used for both. This is convenient and facilitates e 0 control of the mounting papers and further reduces a manufacturing **o 10 cost.
Still furthermore, the sticking face of the adhesive tape for replacement fixed on the second mounting paper is not directly contacting with outside air due to existence of the peeling-off paper and thus the adhesiveness of the sticking face is not deteriorated.
15 When removing the peeling-off paper, the sticking face of the adhesive tape appears in the through-hole, thus the used pressure element can o S be easily affixed.
