Description

TITLE
Stimulatory Device
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a stimulatory device and in particular to a stimulatory device for use in male masturbation.
BACKGROUND
There are various types of stimulatory devices available for male masturbation. Typically, such devices are of a construction which provides an artificial vagina or other cavity for stimulating an inserted penis. The devices are generally of a size and construction which is not conducive to storage in a compact and discreet manner. Furthermore, the construction of the devices is generally such that they are not so inexpensive as to be disposable as a matter of routine after a single use.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention seeks to provide a novel and useful stimulatory device having a collapsed condition to facilitate storage in a compact and discreet manner. The invention also preferably seeks to provide a stimulatory device which can be produced inexpensively so that the device can be used as a single use item.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
According to one aspect of the invention there is provided a stimulatory device comprising an inflatable body having a first portion and a second portion, the first portion being adapted to be received and retained in the second portion whereby upon inflation of the body the first portion provides a passage within the inflated body opening onco the exterior of the body for receiving the penis of a user.
Preferably, the body is in the form of a balloon. Conveniently, the balloon has an elongate portion terminating at an end, said elongate portion providing said first portion of the body. The elongate portion is adapted for eversion into the balloon to provide the passage.
Conveniently, the elongate portion is disposed in opposed relationship to the neck of the balloon. With this arrangement, on eversion of the elongate portion, the section thereof adjacent the end is receivable in the neck of the balloon whereupon the elongate portion can be secured to the neck of the balloon following inflation of the balloon.
Conveniently, the elongate portion of the balloon is secured to the neck of the balloon by tying them together in a knot.
The elongate portion of the balloon may be provided with a formation for stimulating a penis inserted into the cavity. The formation may comprise circumferential ribs or other protuberances which provide an uneven surface at the boundary of the passage.
The inflatable body can be inflated with any suitable inflation fluid. The inflation fluid may be air or a liquid such as water and in particular warm water. While air is useful from a convenience point of view, water has an advantage in that it provides mass to the inflated body. The inflatable balloon may be configured so as to assume any suitable shape when inflated, such as a sphere or a shape somewhat resembling female buttocks.
The exterior surface of the inflated body may bear markings or other ornamentation to enhance the perceived realism of the device.
According to another aspect of the invention there is provided a stimulatory device comprising a balloon having an elongate portion having an end, the elongate portion being in opposed relation to the neck of the balloon whereby upon eversion of the elongate portion a section of the elongate portion adjacent said end thereof is receivable in the neck of the balloon whereupon following inflation of the balloon through the neck thereof the elongate portion can be secured to the neck of the balloon, the elongate portion providing a passage within the inflated balloon which passage opens onto the exterior surface of the balloon for insertion of a penis.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
The invention will be better understood by reference to the following description of two specific embodiments thereof as shown in the accompanying drawings in which:-
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a stimulatory device according to the first embodiment, shown in a collapsed (deflated) condition;
Fig. 2 is a view similar to Fig. 1 with the exception that a portion of the stimulatory device as shown everted;
Fig. 3 is a schematic side view of the stimulatory device according to the first embodiment shown in an inflated condition ready for use; Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the stimulatory device according to the first embodiment in the inflated condition shewn in Fig. 3; and
Fig. 5 is a schematic view of a stimulatory device according to a second embodiment shown in a collapsed (deflated) condition.
DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
The first embodiment, which is shown in Figs. 1 to 4, is directed to a stimulatory device in the form of a balloon formed of non-porous, elastic material such as latex rubber.
The balloon comprises an elongate first portion 11 and a bulbous second portion 12 formed integrally with the first portion. The second portion 12 is shorter than the first portion 11 along the length of the balloon and is wider than the first portion in a transverse direction. The balloon has a neck 13 which is incorporated in the second portion 12 and which terminates at a mouth 15 through which inflation fluid can be introduced into the balloon.
The first portion 11 is disposed in opposed relation to the neck 13 and is closed at its outer end 17. The first portion 11 includes an outer section 18 and an inner section 19. The outer section 18 has a smooth surface and the inner section 19 is formed with a plurality of circumferential ribs 21 spaced along the length.
The second portion 12 of the balloon is configured to provide the inflated balloon with a particular profile, as will be explained later. In this embodiment, such configuration requires the incorporation of two protuberances 23 on opposed sides of the first portion 11. The first portion is adapted for eversion in such a manner that it is turned back within itself so as to enter the second portion 12 with the outer section 18 of the first portion being received within the neck 13 of the balloon and protruding marginally beyond the mouth 15, as shown in Fig. 2. The outer section 18 of the first portion 11 is able to so protrude because the first portion 11 is longer than the second portion 12. With this arrangement, the protruding outer section of the first portion can be retained in position and inflation fluid introduced into the balloon through the mouth 15. The protruding outer section 18 is held during the inflation process such that when the balloon has been fully inflated the outer section 18 and the neck 13 can be secured together by forming a knot 27 in the neck of the balloon, as shown in Fig. 3. The knot serves to hold the first portion in position within the second portion of the balloon as well as closing the neck against egress of the inflation fluid.
The balloon can be inflated with any suitable inflation fluid such as air or water. Where the inflation fluid is air, a user can inflate the balloon by gripping the protruding outer section 18 between his teeth and inserting the open neck 13 into his mouth so that air can be blown into the second portion 12 to inflate the balloon. The user can then remove the neck 13 and the protruding outer section 18 from his mouth and tie the knot 27.
With the balloon inflated, the first portion provides an elongated passage 31 within the balloon. The elongated passage 31 opens onto the exterior of the balloon to provide an orifice 33 in the exterior surface of the balloon through which a penis can be inserted into the passage. The circumferential ribs 21 in the inner section 19 of the first portion 11 of the balloon provide a formation on the boundary wall of the passage for stimulating the inserted penis. The formation includes a plurality of circumferential channels which co-operate to provide a means by which air in the passage can escape as a penis is inserted into it. The boundary wall of the passage is distended somewhat when the balloon is in the inflated condition and distortion of the wall during the action of insertion of the penis into the passage creates flow paths between neighbouring channels during insertion of the penis thereby to allow air (which would otherwise be trapped in the passage) to escape.
The channels may also accommodate a lubricant, if desired.
The stimulatory device is used by imparting relative movement between it and the inserted penis to provide stimulation to the penis. Seminal fluid ejaculated during the stimulation process is received in the passage and can be contained therein following withdrawal of the penis from the passage.
After use, the inflated balloon can be deflated in any suitable manner such as by piecing the balloon. The used balloon can then be discarded together with any seminal fluid contained'therein.
In this embodiment, the second portion 12 is of a configuration which includes the protuberances 23 so as to form a shape resembling female buttocks upon inflation of the balloon. This is to provide a perception of realism. Such perception may be enhanced by the incorporation of markings or ornamentation to portray pubic hair. - 1 -
The second embodiment, which is shown in Fig. 5, is similar to the first embodiment with the exception that the second portion is configured to assume somewhat of a spherical shape upon inflation of the balloon. The inflated balloon may have markings or other ornamentation to provide the impression of a face with the mouth thereof depicted surrounding the orifice 33 at the outer end of the cavity 31.
While the embodiments have been described in relation to the inflation fluid being air, it should be appreciated that such fluid may be in any other suitable form such as water. Water is advantageous as the inflation fluid as it provides mass to the inflated balloon to enhance the perception of reality. A further advantage of water is that it can be conveniently heated prior to introduction thereof into the balloon for inflation purposes.
It should be appreciated that the scope of the invention is not limited to the scope of the two embodiments described. In particular, it should be understood that the passsage in the inflated balloon may be representative of any cavity of a human or other body, or that the passage in the inflated balloon may be simply functional and not representative of anything.
