Abstract
The invention relates to a device for the targeted moving of electronic components, comprising a transport device (1) for supplying electronic components (3), a handling device (2) for receiving, pivoting, sliding and/or turning electronic components (3), an adjustment device (4) for adjusting the handling device (2), a measurement device (5) for determining the position and orientation of the electronic components (3), an electric contact device (8) for establishing an electrically conductive connection between an electronic component (3) whose quality is to be controlled and an electronic testing device positioned downstream of the electric contact device (8), a central data processing unit (6) which is linked on the one hand to at least one measuring device (5) and to a testing device positioned downstream of the electric contact device (8), and on the other hand to the drive elements (16) for driving the at least one handling device (2) and/or the at least one adjustment device (4) and/or the at least one transport device (1).
