Abstract
The invention concerns an intraocular implant made of soft material to be set in the capsular bag having a central optical part (110) with a convex rear surface and a concave and optionally planar front surface, and a peripheral haptic part (120). The axial distance d between the centre of the optics rear surface and the front surface at the optical element periphery is more than 0.8 mm, even 1.20 mm and preferably between 1.24 and 1.74 mm. The family of lenses for all the diopters has the same axial distance d, the haptic part comprises three identical loops (20) with closed contour, each comprising two arms (22) extending globally radially and a circumferential strip (25). The total angular extent of the three loops is greater than 180 DEG , and preferably about 240 DEG .
