Abstract

A mine-clearer with a frontal structure (1) which can be raised and lowered via hydraulically or pneumatically operated cylinder-piston systems (2) and frame arms (3) pivotingly articulated on the vehicle and a casing (4) at least partly open to the front and underside in the direction of travel, with a preferably hydraulically driven rotary milling drum (5) fitted substantially transversely to the direction of travel and rotating against said direction, which conveys the mine (9) in front of the milling drum (5) and causes it to explode there by the application of pressure, is designed to select magnetic materials in that there is a magnet or magnetic arrangement (11) in the region in front of the milling drum (5) to attract magnetic parts (12).
