Abstract
For a device for the path control of a driven part along at least two interdependent axes, in the course of which one axis is the guided axis and the other axes are the guiding axes, and furthermore the guided axis is controlled in its position via actual-value displacement transducers, and a control difference is formed by means of a counting device from two-phase cycles containing sign information, it is proposed, in order to achieve path control with high speed and accuracy, that short counters with a high counting frequency be provided as counters, which counters are attached via an internal bus to a signal-processing system which is set up in such a way that the control difference is processed in a sampling control algorithm and a manipulated variable is formed which is fed to the guided drive via a D/A-converter and a subassembly analog output/controller blocking. <IMAGE>
