Abstract

According to this method, the time of origin (t''2) of the upgoing frames being, in every remote station, chosen in such a way that, in the central station, the time (t'2) of origin of these frames is separated from the time (t'1) of the end of the downgoing frames by a period less than To, where To denotes twice the time of propagation between this remote station and the central station, thus defining, in the said remote station, a region of so-called overlap between downgoing and upgoing frames, the said time slot assignment is effected so as to avoid any coincidence of assigned time slots, at any one remote station, in the upgoing and downgoing frames respectively, in the said region of overlap. <IMAGE>
