PATENT ACT 1990 i COMPLETE SPECIFICATION STANDARD PATENT BOTTLE HOLDER 1 a The following statement is a full description of this invention, including the best method of performing it known to me: iiLii;o SKNOCK-IN BOTTLE HOLDER This invention relates to improvement of holding bottles.
In the past there have been many various ways of holding and displaying bottles from putting them in various racks either in steel, plastic or pipes, to placing on shelving. All of these holding devices consume space when they are not in use and may be difficult to store.
This problem can be efficiently reduced, and in some cases eliminated Saltogether by using this device, because when the bottle is removed there is only clear space. A hole may be drilled into a board (by anyone), however it would not support the neck of the bottle unless it was of suitable depth or angle, and the hole may be of untidy finish.
S. This invention proposes to be able to be knocked in a hole, made in S suitable material in a vertical plane, and be of predetermined size. It will provide holding power by serrated edges, which will grip the sides of the 25 hole, and at the same instance, a flange will cover the hole and provide an angle which will hold the bottle neck (Insert).
This device may be made of any material which can be cast into shape, 30 made from plastic, metal or wood.
*o Sj As an alternate way of fixing it may also be screwed through the flange or glued with a suitable adhesive into the hole.
i By making the device with various hole sizes and angles, it can be used to S| support various objects.
A plug can also be inserted when the hole is not is use.

3. An alternative fixing method to Claim 2, would be to glue or screw the holder into the hole.
4. The Holder of Claim 1, would have an angled hole to its face in order to support various inserts at a prescribed angle to the face. The Holder of Claim 1 could also have a flange, which would affix to S the rear of the casting. This flange is to provide a protrusion. The 20 protrusion is to be used to lock in inserts. I The Holder of Claim 1, can have a plug insert able to be locked into the hole. V. 7. To improve the support of the bottle, a tube can be inserted into the •rear of the casting. 30 8. The Holder of Claim I substantially as herein described with reference j to the accompanying drawings. J APPLICANT DATE 35 Jeffery James Haggar Location No: 31578/97 4:
