Abstract

IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRESENT INVENTION, THERE ARE PROVIDED AN ADHESIVE RESIN COMPOSITION COMPRISING (A) 95-50% BY WEIGHT OF AN ETHYLENE/?-OLEFIN COPOLYMER HAVING A DENSITY OF 0.850-0.900 G/CM3 AND THE ETHYLENE CONTENT OF 75-95 MOL%, (B) 5-50% BY WEIGHT OF A COPOLYMER OF ETHYLENE AND A RADICAL POLYMERIZABLE POLAR UNSATURATED MONOMER, SAID COPOLYMER HAVING THE RADICAL POLYMERIZABLE POLAR UNSATURATED MONOMER CONTENT 5-40% BY WEIGHT, AND (C) 1.0-30 PARTS BY WEIGHT, BASED ON 100 PARTS BY WEIGHT OF THE SUM OF THE ABOVE-MENTIONED (A) + (B) OF A GRAFT-MODIFIED POLYETHYLENE, A PART OR WHOLE OF SAID POLYETHYLENE HAS BEEN GRAFT-MODIFIED WITH AN UNSATURATED CARBOXYLIC ACID OR ITS DERIVATIVE, AND A LAMINATE USING THIS ADHESIVE RESIN COMPOSITION.
