Abstract
The invention relates to bis-basic compounds of the general formula (I): B<1>-Ar<1>-X<1>-Ar<2>-X<2>-A-X<3>-Ar<3>-X<4>-Ar<4>-B<2>, wherein the groups B<1>, B<2>, Ar<1>, Ar<2>, Ar<3>, Ar<4>, X<1>, X<2>, X<3>, X<4> and A have the meaning indicated in the description and the claims. The invention further relates to a method for producing the same and to their use as medicaments, especially as tryptase-inhibiting medicaments.
