Technical field
The present invention relates to the technical field of animal breeding, in particular
to an animal semen collector.
Background art
At present, semen freezing technology has been widely used in the animal husbandry
industry. The semen of high-quality male animals is collected, diluted, frozen and
stored, which can be used by larger groups of female animals in a wider area to
obtain more excellent offspring and expand a utilization rate thereof, thereby
increase the number of mating females and improve the breeding efficiency of
excellent males. In semen freezing technology, collecting animal semen is the most
basic, but it is also the process where the most waste of male animal's fresh semen is
lost. Most of the existing semen collection methods adopt the pseudo-vaginal
method. The semen obtained is collected in a glass semen collection cup. Since the
temperature of fresh semen is relatively high but the amount of semen is small,
semen is collected from the pseudo-vaginal to the semen collection cup. In this
process, the heat is lost quickly, and if the temperature in this process is too high or
too low the decrease of fresh essence activity and vitality will occur. For example, the
fresh semen of the pigs just collected is 37-380 C. When the semen is collected in
spring and autumn when the air is not high, the temperature of the semen has
dropped to 30-35 0 C when processed. Some semen die or lose vitality in the process,
which directly affect the quality of frozen semen prepared later, and it is more
serious in winter. At present, the commonly used method is to transfer the semen
collection cup into warm water at 35-38 0 C after collection, but it does not solve the
temperature control problem during the collection process. In some places, hot
water is added between the outer wall of the fake vagina and the silicone inner lining.
However, the hot water is also in the process of continuous cooling. It may take time
and time to control the breeding pigs to collect semen, which is not easy to determine. It is not easy to control the false vagina temperature with hot water, the operation thereof is inconvenient and the temperature is not stable. If the water temperature is higher but the ejaculation time of the breeding pig is faster, it is easy to kill the semen.

control the temperature of the fake vagina.
The present invention provides an animal semen collector, including a fake vagina
and a semen collection cup, the fake vagina is composed of a silicone lining, a fake
vagina component and a connecting component, the fake vagina component
includes an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder, a heating tube and a temperature
sensor are arranged on the inner side of the outer cylinder, the heating tube
surrounds the inner cylinder, but does not touch the inner cylinder; the inner
cylinder is made of a thermally conductive copper tube, and the inner cylinder is
movably connected with the surface of the silicone lining; the outer cylinder is
provided with a through hole for adding water; the silicone inner lining is longer than
the outer cylinder, one end can be rolled to cover one side edge of the outer cylinder,
and the other end is provided with a semen collection cup interface; the semen
collection cup is a tubular structure with one side open, and is placed in the thermal
insulation cover; a threaded ring plug is provided outside the opening side of the
semen collection cup, one end of the threaded ring plug is threadedly connected to
the semen collection cup interface of the silicone inner liner, and the other end is
threadedly connected to the interface of the insulation cover, the connecting
component includes a connecting block arranged outside the outer cylinder, and
both ends of the heating tube extend to the inside of the connecting block and are
connected to a fixed conductive board, the front of the connecting block is fixedly
provided with a display panel, the inside of the display panel is fixedly provided with a single-chip microcomputer, and the front of the connecting block is movably provided with a storage battery.
Further, a display screen is fixedly arranged on the front of the display panel, and the
temperature sensor, the storage battery, the heating tube and the display screen are
all electrically connected to the single chip microcomputer.
Further, a heat insulation cylinder is fixedly sleeved on the surface of the outer
cylinder, and the connecting block is fixedly arranged on the surface of the heat
insulation cylinder.
Further, a mounting block is fixedly provided on the back of the storage battery, a
clamping slot is opened on the back of the of the mounting block, and the
clamping slot is arranged in an L shape.
Further, a clamping block is fixedly arranged on the front of the connecting block,
and one end of the clamping block away from the connecting block extends to the
inside of the clamping slot, the clamping block is set in an L shape.
Further, two magnetic blocks are respectively fixedly arranged at one end of the
clamping block away from the connecting block and the inside of the clamping slot,
and the two magnetic blocks are magnetically connected.
Compared with the prior art, the animal semen collector provided by the present
invention has the following beneficial effects: the animal semen collector is equipped
with a silicone lining, a fake vagina component and a connecting component, and the
heating tube is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer to make the water of the
inside of the outer cylinder kept at a constant temperature, which is conducive to the
collection of semen. The heat-conducting copper tube conducts heat quickly and can
quickly transfer the temperature to the silicone lining. The heat insulation tube locks
the heat and reduces heat loss; the semen collection cup is placed in the thermal
insulation cover, which reduces the heat loss during the transfer process after the
semen collection is completed. The device has a simple structure and is convenient
to use, and is more practical in the production of high-quality seed enterprises.

including a fake vagina and a semen collection cup, the fake vagina is composed of a
silicone lining 1, a fake vagina component 2 and a connecting component 3, wherein
the fake vagina component 2 includes an outer cylinder 21 and an inner cylinder 23,
a heating tube 22 and a temperature sensor 27 are arranged on the inner side of the
outer cylinder 21, in which the model of the temperature sensor 27 is WZP-035; the
heating tube 22 surrounds the inner cylinder, but does not touch the inner cylinder
23; the inner cylinder 23 is made of a thermally conductive copper tube, and the
inner cylinder is movably connected with the surface of the silicone lining 1; the
outer cylinder 21 is provided with a through hole 25 for adding water; the silicone
inner lining 1is longer than the outer cylinder 21, one end can be rolled to cover one
side edge of the outer cylinder 21, and another end thereof is provided with a semen
collection cup 26 interface; the semen collection cup 26 is a tubular structure with
one side open, and is placed in the thermal insulation cover 262; a threaded ring plug
261 is provided outside the opening side of the semen collection cup 26, one end of
the threaded ring plug 261 is threadedly connected to the semen collection cup 26
interface of the silicone inner liner 1, and the other end is threadedly connected to
the interface of the insulation cover 262;
The thermal insulation cover can be a solid material with high thermal insulation
efficiency, or a common thermal insulation material, and a cavity is formed between

The connecting component 3 includes a connecting block 31 arranged outside the
outer cylinder 21, and both ends of the heating tube 22 extend to the inside of the

the connecting block 31 is fixedly provided with a display panel 32, the inside of the
display panel 32 is fixedly provided with a single-chip microcomputer 33, and the
front of the connecting block 31is movably provided with a storage battery 34.
By setting the silicone lining 1, the false vagina component 2 and the connecting
component 3, the heating tube 22 are controlled by the single chip microcomputer
33, and the heat is transferred to the inner tube through the water. The inner lining 1
and the heat insulation cylinder 24 lock the heat and reduce the loss. The semen
collector of the present invention always maintains a constant temperature during
the animal semen collection process, which is beneficial to the semen collection work.
Further, a display screen is fixedly arranged on the front of the display panel 32, and
all of the temperature sensor 27, the storage battery 34, the heating tube 22 and the
display screen are electrically connected to the single chip microcomputer 33.
The temperature sensor 27 monitors the water temperature in the outer cylinder 21
in real time, and the suitable temperature for collecting semen is between 35
degrees Celsius and 38 degrees Celsius. When the temperature is lower than 35
degrees Celsius, the single chip microcomputer 33 starts the heating tube 22 to heat
the water. When the water temperature reaches 38 degrees Celsius, the single chip
microcomputer 33 turns off the heating tube 22 to stop heating, and the single chip
microcomputer 33 displays the value monitored by the temperature sensor 27 on the
display screen, which is convenient for the user to read.
Further, a heat insulation cylinder is fixedly sleeved on the surface of the outer
cylinder, and the connecting block is fixedly arranged on the surface of the heat
insulation cylinder. The heat insulation cylinder 24 is a ceramic fiber heat insulation
tube, which locks heat, reduces the loss and ensures the comfort of the user when
holding it.
Further, a mounting block 35 is fixedly provided on the back of the storage battery 34,
a clamping slot 36 is opened on the back of the mounting block 35, the clamping slot
36 is arranged in an L shape. A clamping block 37 is fixedly arranged on the front of
the connecting block 31, and one end of the clamping block 37 away from the
connecting block 31 extends to the inside of the clamping slot 36, the clamping block

vagina is always maintained between 35 degrees Celsius and 38 degrees Celsius
during the semen collection process; before collecting semen, fill the thermal
insulation inner cover of the fine collection cup with hot water of 38 degrees Celsius,
then thread connect the fine collection cup and the thermal insulation jacket, and
then connect the same with the silicone lining by threads, tighten the other end of
the silicone lining, and then cover an edge of the outer cylinder by rolling one end of
the silicone inner lining to fix the position of the silicone lining and the semen
collection cup, and then start the semen collection operation. After semen collection,
transfer the semen collection cup and the heat preservation cover quickly to the
experimental operation room for the next step of dilution and freezing treatment.

are arranged on the inner side of the outer cylinder 21, the heating tube 22
surrounds the inner cylinder, but does not touch the inner cylinder 23; the inner
cylinder 23 is made of a thermally conductive copper tube, and the inner cylinder is
movably connected with the surface of the silicone lining 1; the outer cylinder 21 is
provided with a through hole 25 for adding water; the silicone inner lining 1 is longer
than the outer cylinder 21, one end can be rolled to cover one side edge of the outer
cylinder 21, and the other end is provided with a semen collection cup 26 interface;
the semen collection cup 26 is a tubular structure with one side open, and is placed
in the thermal insulation cover 262; a threaded ring plug 261is provided outside the
opening side of the semen collection cup 26, one end of the threaded ring plug 261
is threadedly connected to the semen collection cup 26 interface of the silicone inner
liner 1, and the other end is threadedly connected to the interface of the insulation
