Abstract
A PURIFYING SMOKING MASK
The present invention relates to a smoking mask inside which a smoker can smoke
within smoking zone (9) which consists of a telescopic funnel (1), battery operated
exhaust (2), a detachable pipe (3), wet activated carbon (4), green leaves (5), toilet paper
(6), removable filter paper holder (7) and a hanging belt (8). In thepresent disclosure, the
exhaust smoke is sucked by a battery operated detachable exhaust (2) and the wet
activated carbon (4) inside detachable pipe (3) is used to adsorb smokes finally and
converts into tar thereby, filling the pores/surfaces.

[01] The present invention relates to the field of smoking mask with purifying function, more particularly, related to a purifying smoking mask.
[02] Smoking is injurious to health. Moreover, passive smoking further more dangerous as compared with active smoking. So, smoking not only kills smoker but also to other family members and those who are in vicinity. Despite rigorous attempts, the smokers cannot quit this ill habit because of nicotine involved. So it comes with a problem that passive smoking is also promoted along with active smoking.
[031 The addicted smokers go out and frequently smoke, as a result, non smokers are bound to smoke passively. Hence, there is a need to prevent this kind of air pollution at the source itself so as not to harm others.
[04] KR20170006134A relates to a mask for stopping smoking which can help smoking cessation promotion while minimizing withdrawal symptoms and, more specifically, to a mask for stopping smoking comprising a mixture solution which can suppress smoking needs to wearers of the mask. However, this invention is quite different from the disclosed invention.
[051 JP2002000253A discloses a smoke-containing mask is obtained by dividing the inside of a mask composed of a projected air-non permeable material covering the mouth and the nose of a smoker by a partition.
[06] KR200357403Y1 protects people's health from smoking and to induce smoking cessation induce smoking cessation by putting tobacco leaf, mugwort and coffee in the pad and smelling nicotine, tar and caffeine.
[071 KR20170115759A discloses smoking mask with purifying function, the cigarette burned is purified through the filter, and the smoker uses the cigarette smoke purifying function by hanging the cigarette mask on the ear.
[08] The present invention addresses the above shortcomings of the prior art.
However, the present invention is entirely different from the prior art in terms of novelty and technological advancement.
[09] The present invention discloses a purifying smoking mask comprising of a foldable telescopic funnel (1) inside which a smoker can smoke within the smoking zone (9). In the present invention, a small exhaust (2) sucks all smoke does not permits it to come out. The present invention is a sustainable domestic device which needs daily care of filling adsorption tube/pipe. The device can be held on shoulder or hanger using the hanging belt (8).
[0010] In one implementation, herbal leaves and toilet paper consumes all nicotine preventing passive smoking in the present invention.
[0011] In one of the implementations, the present invention is very affordable, simple to operate and foldable also. It can be transported after folding.

The present invention consists of a telescopic funnel (1), battery operated exhaust (2), a detachable pipe (3), wet activated carbon (4), green leaves (5), toilet paper (6), removable filter paper holder (7) and a hanging belt (8). The invention discloses a device comprising of a foldable telescopic funnel (1) inside which a smoker can smoke within smoking zone

[00181 In one embodiment, when smoker smokes, the exhaust smoke is sucked by a battery operated detachable exhaust (2) and is transferred to a scrubber like tube/detachable pipe (3).
[0019] In another embodiment, wet activated carbon (4) inside detachable pipe (3) is used to adsorb smokes finally and converts into tar thereby, filling the pores/surfaces. Hence, it needs to be disposed regularly or can be regenerated also by washing and pasting to reapply on internal curved surfaces of detachable pipe (3).
[0020] In an exemplary embodiment, the first part of the pipe is filled with the green leaves (5) of aromatic plants like peppermint, peace lilySpathiphyllum Mauna Loa', Spider Plant, Chlorophytum comosum 'Vittatum', Hedera helix English Ivy, GerberaDaisy/Gerberajamesonii which adsorb allnicotine.
[0021] In another exemplary embodiment, second part of the pipe is filled with toilet paper (6) which purifies the smoke and then it comes out of the scrubber tube through a removable filter paper holder (7).

1. A smoking mask inside which a smoker can smoke within smoking zone (9) which consists of a) a telescopic funnel (1) which is foldable and inside which a smoker cansmoke within smoking zone (9); b) battery operated exhaust (2); c) a detachable pipe (3); d) wet activated carbon (4); e) green leaves (5); f) toilet paper (6) and removable filter paper holder (7); h) hanging belt (8) for hanging the device on shoulder or hanger.
2. The device as claimed in claim 1 wherein the exhaust smoke is sucked by a battery operated detachable exhaust (2) and is transferred to a scrubber like tube/detachable pipe (3).
3. The device as claimed in claim 1 wherein the wet activated carbon (4) inside detachable pipe (3) is used to adsorb smokes finally and converts into tar thereby, filling the pores/surfaces.
4. The device as claimed in claim 1 wherein the first part of the pipe is filled with the green leaves (5) of aromatic plants to adsorb all nicotine and second part of the pipe is filled with toilet paper (6) which purifies the smoke and then it comes out of the scrubber tube through a removable filter paper holder (7).
